I have never written a review before but the awful experience I had with this company has driven me to it for the sake of everyone out there who might call them without knowing how they do business! This is how they work. You pay $185 for someone (NOT a well specialist) to come out to your house, take a couple of water samples, and a picture of your water filter/well pump and then the diagnosis is done REMOTELY by the companys well specialist. This did not seem right to me from the very beginning. But it gets worse. They said they would get back to me in 5-7 days. Two weeks later, I finally had to call them. They insisted that it was going to cost me an additional $400 dollars to fix my problem. What they didnt know is that I had been so put off by the whole experience that I had called a different well specialist to come out in the mean time. (Note: The guy who came out was an actual well specialist, himself...not just a guy with a camera and some test tubes) He charged me $85 dollars and fixed my problem in two seconds. The problem was NOT what Clog Masters well guy said it was!! I would have paid a total of $600 to not have my problem fixed. When I pointed this out, the clog master specialist agreed that he had gotten it wrong and would talk to the owners about a refund. No such luck. It took me another week and a half to get someone to call me back (and even then, they only called back because I threatened legal action) The owners were extremely rude and refused to admit wrong doing. They offered to give me $50 back...which means I would only have paid them $135 for doing absolutely nothing...and actually asked me why I hadnt called the other well specialist first because they never wanted the headache of fixing my water filter anyway. ??? If I were you I would take your business some where else.

These people are lifesavers! We had a sewer backup issue and roto rooters cable became stuck and they quoted us a ton of money to dig up our yard with no guarantees that they would find the line. We then called Clog Master, and their technician Joe came out later that day. He used the camera and worked diligently with the MDC to find out where our sewer line runs. Our house is old and they had to go way back to find the permits. They were able to quote us a much more reasonable price to do some excavation. They found the line and use the jet to clear out some roots. This saved us potentially a lot more money having to run an entirely new line. They were timely, professional, kept us informed about the situation, and worked through terrible weather to clear out the line. Overall, they helped us through a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend this company!

$295 for a 10 minute job Joe came late after the scheduled time window. He pulled out a kids washcloth from bathtub in a few minutes. My wife asked if he could also help with a clogged bathroom sink drain. He looked at it and said its due to the old popup drain stopper. We knew it was not because we had removed it before and that didnt solve the problem. Asking him again to please snake the bad sink drain he plainly refused saying it would require removing the sink U drain and it would be a different work task order (Read: Customer pays another $295). He refused to give his name, other than Joe. The next weekend we went to Home Depot for a $25 drum auger that did the sink job without removing the sink U drain. We will not call this company again.

Super easy to get an appointment and then reschedule it due to illness. Brandon called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. Arrived exactly when he said he would and asked pertinent questions about what we wanted. He replaced our leaky valve, ran new piping in the bathroom, re-routed the piping to fit the new sink, installed our sink and vanity along with the new faucet and made sure that everything was firmly and cleanly anchored into place. Very friendly, very professional and the cost was a fraction of what I thought it would be. Would definitely call Clog Master LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Thank you!!!

Clog Master was called in on an emergency repair for a clogged shower drain at Wethersfield High School. They responded promptly and professionally and knew how to properly diagnoses the problem. They provide the services described in there proposal including concrete slab removal, excavation, piping repairs and concrete slab replacement to the required specifications. All work was complete within the time promised and the facility was left in clean condition. Although this was my first experience with them, I would recommend Clog Master for any such project large or small.

i had the worst experience anyone could ever had.i strongly recommend if you have issues with your plumming dont call Clog Masters.they charged me $549 and 2 days later im having the same problems,called them and explained to them that im having the same problem and what they told me was basicly kick rocks there not coming back out for free.Iwould not recommend them to anybody not even my worst enemy.what they need to do is CLOSE SHOP

My well pump was stuck. They arrived in the time scheduled. When they arrived they correctly identified the problems and were able to tell me why my pump was not working. The probelm was fixed quickly and i had water again the same day. They also gave me instructions on how to troubleshoot my well pump before anymore damage could occur. I will reccomend this company to all friends and family.

Great service, Brad was courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. No bs and straight to the point without being pushy. Also has 24 hr service (that actually answers the phone). Clog Master showed up right on time. The technicians were very polite. My only concern was a $595 bill for 15 minutes work. There was no negotiation. The outdoor line was cleared and is running fine now so I cant complain about the work, only the price.

Spoke with Clog master and they were AWESOME! They do not charge a trip/diagnoses charge which is very, very, rare. They are prompt and they do great work!
