Overall experience was excellent. We had requested a call when the tech was enroute and they phoned ahead as requested and arrived in a nice new professional box truck in the time window expected. After scoping out the issue with our blocked sewer drain, they very thoroughly quoted a fair price that included clearing the drain with a 4" blade cutter and then a video camera inspection. We had some concern that our pipe would be damaged and irreparable and they assured us that, where that to be the case, they would do a video inspection that would help us identify where the problem resided...and would only charge a portion of the fee for their time spent if they were unable to clear the blockage. We ended up being in luck, however, and they were able to clear the blockage and chase it all the way to the main sewer line. The tech still carefully did a video inspection to validate the integrity of the piping and pointed out a few potential risk areas on their professional equipment while I watched on the video screen (it was like a medical-grade video!). Additionally, they hosed down the area in the basement where the backup had occurred and cleaned it up and sanitized with SimpleGreen. The technicians were professional, intelligent, and friendly, I couldnt have asked for a better, more professional service!!

I used Advance Plumbing to convert from oil to gas heat. When he came to do the estimate, Michael, the owner, was the only one of the four contractors I interviewed that actually listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I had to have and he designed my system accordingly. The fact that the price was very competitive was the icing on the cake.The guys who did the installation, Nick and Victor, were great. They were friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and meticulously neat and best of all, they showed up when they said they would be there. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars. I would do so.

Super friendly on the phone and in person. I used them for some plumbing a couple of years ago and was very satisfied. I didnt notice until almost 2 years later that there was a slight issue with the work completed. One call and they were out to the work site in less than 12 hours and remedied the problem with a joke and a smile. Its refreshing to know that there are companies left that take customer service seriously. Thanks, Advance Plumbing. Ill most certainly be using you in the future.

Great people you wont be disappointed they were always on time for one most of the other companies were either late or a no show.I was looking to converted from oil heat to natural gas i had four estimates done for two new boilers and on demand hot water and they beat out most of the estimates by a few thousand dollars.They took care of everything from begging to the end of the job very happy with the new boilers,I recommend this company to anyone.

I was having some trouble with some water leaking in the basement. I was really going crazy so I called Advance Plumbing and they took time to answer my questions. I was able to send them pictures in which they were able to determine if I had a minor issue or something that required professional assistance. Advance Plumbing is courteous, attentive and helpful. I will definitely call back if I need any other assistance.

Easy to make an appointment. Showed up right on time. The plumber was nice and understanding. But the price was outrageous (about half of what I paid for the refrigerator) and of course I have to pay just to have him come out and estimate which is understandable and thats fine with me. The fridge is only 6 ft away from the sink. I just didnt expect the price to be that high. I guess I have to make my own ice for now.

I have used Advance Plumbing for 2 plumbing issues. They have been wonderful. Bonnie has worked with me to schedule appointments around my availability. Both times the technician was Krzysztof and he was prompt, courteous and neat. He explained what he was doing and and why he was doing it. I felt the prices were reasonable as well. I will contact them for any future plumbing issues.

We have used this company multiple times for different problem areas over the last 2 - 3 years. They always do a great job. And they are good about sending a technician when it fits our schedule. They call a few minutes beforehand to say exactly when they will be here. We live in an older home and it came with a few plumbing issues that this company fixed permanently for us.

I called Advanced Plumbing and Heating Inc. looking to have our oil fired hot water heater serviced. Was told that they are short staff and are not doing that type of work. My question is why advertise that you do something and then turn around and say you dont do it????

Beware of hidden fees. Called them to check on a issue I was having with my bathroom. The never told me on the phone that they charge fee to diagnose the issue. They gave me two hours window and the guy showed up 30 minutes late
