Today April 3 -2017 Peter and Stephen came promptly to do the work that they were sent to do . They worked in a timely manner , Patient , kind , clean and friendly as a worker should be . They left about an hour ago too early to tell if there will be any leaks , I am pleased with the work they have done so far . owning a home there is alway something to get done . Trusting that I will not need any more Plumbing work done for now . But in case I do or in the future I would like to request Peter and or Stephen or both, If possible because I experience their work . This is roto Rooter s third visit to my home in five months doing different kind of work . Work is Excellent, ONLY THE BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH , But price is high for me. I know that you can do better , because I see what they are doing . Thank you Roto Rooter for sending me your best on the Job people and they should be appreciated Happy day !!!

I booked a toilet cleaning service last night online, and this morning at 9:30 the technician was here. He inspected my toilet and said to snake it manually would cost $225. If it still doesnt drain and he needs to remove the toilet then there would be additional cost. I agreed to the manual snake. This did the trick. The technician, Neil, was very polite and thorough. He patiently tested the toilet many times to make sure it was draining correctly. He also explained the proper way to use a toilet plunger and the drain snake that I have at home. Finally, cherry on the cake, Neil tightened the annoying loose toilet seat without my even asking him to. This drain cleaning comes with a one week warranty, which I am very happy about because it gives me peace of mind. Initially I thought the price was high, but seeing the thorough work and the guarantee makes it well worth it.

Toilet tank was not filling properly. Called Roto Rooter, and made an appointment between Noon - 4pm, for same day. Just before 2pm, the customer service rep called me to let me know the plumber was running late. Just before 4pm, received a call from plumber that he was on his way, and would arrive within 45 minutes. He didnt arrive until an hour and a half later, and then had to go out again to get the right part which took another 30 minutes. Scheduling needs improvement. The plumber was very friendly and informative about the process. Plumbing repair took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Labor charges way out of proportion with time it took to do the repair. The part cost only $34 and labor $253. Even though I was very happy with the repair, I would rather learn to do it myself than pay through the nose for a 10 minute job.

I am a board member at my condo complex. When I got home from work today another board member advised me that we had a problem. He showed me that we had a foot deep flood of sewage in the basement of one of our buildings. He told me Roto-Rooter was on thier way our complex. The first person to arrive was a very friendly woman named Penny. She was ready to help. She assessed the situation and informed us of the next steps we would have to take. She made the process and the price very clear. She had to call two other trucks for support. She kept the various unit owners who came out side very calm. She was confident and kept us all calm while she figured out the cause of the flood with the support of other Roto-Rooter workers. Penny and the entire team did a great job tonight!

The most recent job was done nicely and quickly, and the guys did a great job of putting the landscape back in order and raking off the dirt to make it look nice again. The big complain I have is the job that preceded this which was on the other side of the pipe coming out of our house - this was done in January and after having asked if the entire length of the pipe had been scoped and examined for possible blockage, it turns out that there was obstruction left over from an old cast iron pipe on the other half of the pipe that was just done. So probably could have saved thousands in repair work by having the entire length of pipe replaced at one time rather than having had to split it into two separate jobs. So 5 stars for job just done, and one star for first job back in January.

I called Roto-Rooter early on Sunday morning around 7am and they were able to give me an appointment for that same day 9-11am. The shower was backing up and my local plumber does not do drain cleaning. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and always had good results. They came out on schedule, the part I appreciated the most was how they called me to give me updates that they were on time and that the driver was in route. When the driver arrived he called to see what entrance to use. It was orchestrated very well! The service tech was knowledgeable and quick,he was able to identify the issue right away and took the necessary means to correct it. He was also very clean taking precautions with my carpets. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I was very pleased with our technician John. He arrived on time, listened carefully to the problem, and went above and beyond to solve it and communicate with me on the issues. He was very professional and thorough and cleaned up afterwards. He was clearly committed to solving he problem. My only dissatisfaction was the price, which I felt was far more than I have ever paid for similar plumbing services of this length. An additional estimate for some more involved follow-up work was far beyond reasonable and we have had a lot of plumbing work done on our property. So while the staff was top notch (including professional office personnel as well), I would not tend to call again due to the cost in comparison to other services.

My very old bathtub (1930s) became clogged almost to a standstill thanks to hair from my teenage daughters. I tried everything from plunging to snaking on my own but the clog was well beyond the trap and I just couldnt seem to clear it. My own plumber was away, so I decided to pay the premium and go with Roto-Rooter. Franklin Trujillo showed up and did a fantastic job. Not only was he courteous and careful about any mess, but he cleared the drain quickly and spent extra time getting the cover back on the overflow--a difficult process based on the ancient pipe and recessed threads for the screws. Franklin solved my problem painlessly, and it was worth the extra $ to go with a service that would schedule any time of any day.

my plumber name was Shawn, he was courteous, professional and very informative he came in introduced himself we spoke for a while about the problem he explained what he would have to do and the cost he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded once he started the work he kept me abreast of his finding and when he was all done he explained what he thought the issue might be (the outside line) he offered a couple of suggestions in the end he cleaned up all of his mess and mine I signed the paperwork he thanked me for my business and left it was an awesome experience rising out of a horrible situation very happy with the service and service man thank you so much:)
