I came online to see if I could rate this company in hopes to warn other people. I found I wasnt the first person with this experience. My husband and I waited a few years to finally renovate 2 baths, a laundry and a mudroom. We knew exactly what we wanted. Our contractor worked with County that is why we used them. Tom, one of thier owners came out to give our appraisal. He came to our home atleast 4 times and we spoke to him about the same things each time. We asked for a high quote so we could be sure to budget for the plumbing. On our final bill he started at the high end (there were no unexpected issues all the pipes were very neat in the walls and easy to work with ~ according to their plumbers it was very straight forward) then added any extras to the high bid plus charged us for work that should have been included in the bid. We did add a bathtub which was about $500 and we added about $150 worth of plumbing in the laundry room. We have tried to speak to him but its like talking to a wall. The bill was a lot more than expected! To top it off I have the big bathtub upstairs that I wanted but I stand in about 5 inches of water everytime I shower and our new full size shower downstairs doesnt run hot water! When asked about this Tom cant remember my husband calling. Just the same as he doesnt remember what he told us would be included in the quote. The plumbers who came out were nice guys but look out when it comes to what they tell you theyre going to do and what they charge your for!!!

Ive used these folks for 5 years. Never had any problem. They are a bit more expensive than your independent HVAC contractor but they always come on time and do a good job. Very reliable. Noticed all the "one star" reviews are from around 5 years ago...so maybe they had a bad employee then.

Aweful service, rude and nasty. The worst company i have ever used!!!!!!! It seemed they were all about a hit and run..bang them once and go, very poor business model if you ask me. If they had less then one star i would have given them that.

I got totally scammed, they give you one price then send you a much bigger bill. Never again will i use them, and i will warn others in town about this. Everyone i know will hear about this!!!!
