I have been a customer of Miller Plumbing for 13 years. Steve and his plumbers have taken real good care of us all these years. Theyve been there for us in the middle of the night several times on an emergency basis, but theyve also fixed all of our plumbing issues in our old colonial in West Hartford as weve made improvements in our home. They are honest and professional. I trust them 100%. Recently, we had a bad problem with a sewage pipe in the basement. We wanted to get a couple of opinions. One plumber came in at $6000 to fix the job. Steve did it in under a thousand. We really appreciate his honesty and the speed at which he gets things done. The entire office staff is very nice and helpful too! Thanks Miller... I highly recommend this company for all our plumbing needs.

OK, so the first technician comes out and sees the leak and breaks the bad news. 80 year old pipe has to come out. Big, ugly (expensive) job. Needs two guys. A week later his associate arrives, takes a look and suggests a repair that is so much more simple - and LESS Expensive. Heres the thing. I would have immediately done the big fix - with a great deal of pain associated with it. I think it is fantastic when a vendor actually takes a good hard second look and finds a better solution for the customer. Jim...my thanks. Miller - once again, youve done it right. Which is why I will call you again. (Hopefully, in the distance future!)

Miller Plumbing is the best contractor Ive used in the greater Hartford area. For 12 years they have serviced all of my homes plumbing and heating needs. From basic repairs to a new high efficiency boiler and hot water heater - the service has been prompt, honest and high quality @ fair prices. Id recommend Miller Plumbing to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and receive great service.

I have used this company for over 20 yrs. All types of jobs, general repairs, cleaning drains, hot water heaters etc. They do what they say and when they say. Now that I live out of state for 5 months a year Im happy knowing that I can call Miller to do a good job and give me a fair price always. Great staff and workers.

Im satisfied with the service that Miller Plumbing provided. I just moved into West Hartford from living out west for the past ten years. Having become accustomed to what they call flat rate pricing, it was pleasantly surprisinging to find this small family owned shop performing work the old fashioned way, by the hour

I needed a drain unclogged. They came at the scheduled time and performed the repairs quickly and for the quoted price. Technician was courteous and professional. I wanted to keep my business with a local company from my town and Im happy I chose Miller Pluming.

Called this establishment around noon, they told me they could be there by two, and were here at one. Fast, efficient, and appropriate pricing. Would recommend.
