I needed a storage unit quickly (within 24 hours) and one was available from Extra Space via their website which was quick and easy to use and pay for my unit. When I got to the location, the gentleman that helped me was friendly and efficient and even showed me the unit before it was officially assigned to me with the option of changing it if I needed easier access with my trailer. The only hiccup was that the Extra Space website says you can use your own insurance, but doesnt mention that you need to have a copy of your policy with you in order for them to rent the unit to you without their insurance. Luckily, my insurance company was able to fax over the info within 15 minutes and I was ready to move into my new storage space. I recommend Extra Space Storage in EH!

I have rented from Extra Space Storage in East Hartford a number of times, depending on my storage needs at the time. All my experiences with the company and the staff there have been great. I love the hours the gate is open and I found the location a great place to use. The staff have all been very helpful and kind, making sure to help me in whatever I need. I was first drawn to this company for storage for the prices, as their prices were the best from what I found. But I have stayed because the experience has been great.

Im planning on moving close to this location in the next few months and need a place to store a few things so I went to check this place out because of the previous great reviews. as soon as I walked in to ask about rates I felt welcomed as though Ive been a customer for years. The staff was friendly and gave me a lot of good info. Nice, clean, and professional looking enviroment. Definitely will be doing business soon!

When I found myself in a position to need extra space quickly, I wasnt thinking of anything outside of location and convenience - I was schooled by Chris and Justin! They are so friendly, helpful and fast, I almost didnt have enough time to notice how clean the facility is kept. Bottom line, I recommend this location to everyone I know - theyve already thought of everything so I didnt have to. Thank you!

I have been storing with Extra Space for over 3 years now and it has been great! Hands down the best storage facility around! The manager Justin has been a pleasure to work with and is always willing to answer questions or help if a problem arises. The assistant manager Chris has also been excellent! I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone looking for storage!

The company I work for has units here and these guys are the best there really nice and always help out anyone the units are spotless and the property is full of cameras the gate is great and the property is very lit up at nice the assistant and Manger are 2 of the nicest guys Ive ever meet I highly recommend East Hartford extra space thank you guys! :).

When I left my drivers license inside of Extra Space Storage office - after driving home - Justin M. waited for me to drive back to pick up my drivers license, and it was well after closing time. Whats funny about these guys is that they force their customers to giving them a 5 rating whenever they walk into the office. So dont believe the incredibly skewed rating they have. The company provide good storage spaces for relatively high prices, and there are a lot of extra charges in fine print in there contracts.

I cant rate this place high enough. I rent a large unit for business and receive regular deliveries. Management is very professional and accomodating to our needs. Prices are good, but even if a competitor in the area charged less, I would still choose Extra Space due to the customer service. Thanks Justin and Chris!

Chris was awesome. I went in for a remote signing and he warned me that the units floor is 4 feet off the ground, which the people at the location hadnt warned me about. This was a problem because I am driving my car in. He set me up at this location for a similar price.
