I researched many storage places before choosing this one, and I am very glad I did. When I was looking to store my property, the three most important factors to me were security, convenience, and price. The building is new and clean but more importantly, the security is top notch. Its nice to know my stuff is safely stored away there (and even protected by a sprinkler system). The location is convenient, especially if you shop or live in the Manchester area. Also, the price is very competitive, especially if you want a climate controlled unit, as I did. As a bonus it doesnt look like most storage facilities from the outside, but almost like an office building. Finally, as others have pointed out here, the managers are very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I highly recommend CubeSmart on Adams Street, Manchester if you need to store your belongings. The Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the value is outstanding. I love that I can get to my unit so easily and that it is all on security cams. My movers were not happy with the slow elevator but now that its done, I think it is worth it to be in a clean, secure building. Thats the other thing, it is very clean. I truly recommend this storage facility, plus they have a truck you can use! I did have one issue with the gate not opening, but was told to just go to another gate if one is not responding...so problem solved! I have rented space at Adams Street Self Storage since they opened. They have wonderful prices compared to other local storage rental facilities. I even had to change units due to personal budget constraints and they made it extremely easy. Every visit I have ever made to the office has been seemless and the management is extremely easy to work with. They have a wonderful management team! I have used two other rental facilities in Manchester and in my opinion, they are the best in the area. And since the facility is new, that is just icing on the cake!

I WENT TO THIS LOCATION AND BORROWED THE TRUCK TO MOVE MY STUFF TO STORAGE. UPON FINISHING LOADING MY THINGS THE LATCH GOT STUCK AND WOULD NOT CLOSE. I SPENT A HOUR TRYING TO CALL AND GET A HOLD OF THE STORE MANAGER D. RYAN AND NO ONE WOULD PICK UP I WAS LATE RETURNING THE RENTAL BECAUSE IT TOOK ME 45 MINUTES TO GET THE LATCH TO CLOSE. ONCE I ARRIVED SHE WOULD NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT. REGIONAL MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK NOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER

I had to use a storage facility for the first time in my life and I expected the worse. Diane and her staff has treated me like a long lost friend who has returned home after exploring the world, weary and tired. She listens to me even if I take up a lot of her time. She makes me want to come by and visit long after I no longer should.

this is my second time storing at this facility. the first time was for a car. the space was perfect and the access was very good. it is clean and secure. staff is very knowledgeable and professional both at the initial reservation and on-sight. highly recommended!!

Highly recommended for all of your storage needs. I rent a climate controlled unit in a secure building with 24/7 video security and keycode access points. The facility is very clean and the management is very helpful and nice to work with.
