Came in yesterday after spending 20 minutes longer than I would have liked with an attempt to explain I needed a truck today for 24 hours. Reservation made, show up today to no truck. Truck was given away because I didnt show up at a certain time 3 hours into my 24 hour window. Failed communication and an immediate shut down to remedy the situation or maintain any professional customer service skills. Response was "I dont want to deal with you". Well good. I went elsewhere with my business and dont intend on dealing with fatty mcsmirks and the inept squad ever again. The one person there that I thought had a clue was the one who fkd it all up. Never again.

They went above and beyond to make sure I not only had everything I needed for my move, but they also got me the best price possible.
