I came by to return boxes and was treated with great service and courtesy. The manager and an employee carried all the boxes out of my car- it had taken me over 40 minutes to load them in, so this was a huge help to me. Another customer came in and was delighted to receive the same great service in having a unit put on hold. I have been to a number to UHaul stores, and have never encountered a crew as professional and customer-oriented as these guys.

This place is a true RIP OFF.... Although they guy that runs this location is friendly and courteous he blames everything on corporate. My unit cost $140.00 a month. And thats not even with 24 hr access, they charge more for that.they sent a letter telling us our fees are going up.... We are going to 190 storage in Sterling. We will save $50 a month.... Please dont bother with U Haul... They will nickle and dime you for all your worth

On two occasions I have had to use a truck or trailer from this location. The general manager could not have been more help. He spent days locating the size I needed and kept me informed. I have to use him 2 or 3 more time in the near future and I feel sure I will get the same professionalism. Thank you
