If your considering on how to move from state to state this is the way to go. After researching all methods of moving We chose U-Pack. First It is the most economical !!! Dont we all want to save money.. I thought about driving a big truck back full of furniture. It was cheaper for the truck rental but then I added in fuel cost and tolls and quickly changed my mind. Here is how I did it. I rented a truck from Home Depot Packed it up and drove to the truck terminal where you will load everything into U-Pack pods. We used two pods . Oh yes the extra pods are really cheap. I had it shipped to the closest terminal to my house. Three days later pods arrived. We rented another truck and picked up our furniture etc. at the terminal. I had the 16 foot rented truck for 24 hrs. so I used it to do some other moving we needed done at our house. The truck rentals range from $65 to $100. Thats about 70 miles for the day. If that"s too much work for you U-Pack will deliver the pods to where you are leaving from and also deliver to to your home for a fee. I had plenty of help so I opted to pack and move furniture to terminal then terminal to my house. My son and I did all the moving of furniture. U-Pack is really user friendly . They give you extra days for free if you need them. One last thing ask for AAA or veterans discounts. Go on line, check them out and get a quote . They beat every other company out there by lots of $$$$$$$.. Thanks U-Pack

Great experience with ABF! I ordered 3 cubes and needed a 4th during two days before they were scheduled to pick up. They delivered the 4th cube the next day and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. The pick up went smooth and the drop off in NC was quick and easy. I appreciated how their drivers had a good sense of spacing for where to place the doors for quicker and easier loading/unloading. These guys know what theyre doing. Great company, great experience, made the move so much easier!

Everything went as described. The person who delivered the cubes was really courteous and helpful. He placed them just where I asked, even moving one per my request to better position it. Pickup just happened without my presence. I was slightly less impressed with the moving staff referral.
