We used your company to move from Maynard to Shrewsbury on the first of many extremely humid days this summer. It had to be at least 94 degrees. Your crew showed up within minutes of what we discussed and when they called and gave us an ETA. Our first impression of 3 young men was typical. But they quickly proved us wrong. They came in and looked around, made notes of what was being moved, asked questions, and planned their attack!! We had very heavy awkward pieces that were being moved to a third story apartment. I cannot even begin to describe how pleasant, professional and accomodating they were. They never complained, never stopped moving, even in the oppressive heat of the day. They were so polite and thanked us so many times just for giving them water bottles!! They were very impressed and thankful that we took drawers out of dressers to make it easier for them. I couldnt believe that everyone doesnt do that, but they said, no, most people dont. I know most people only take time to complain, but the service we received from these 3 boys was exceptional. Everyone I know that has ever moved has had nothing but nightmare stories. We had nothing short of an exceptional experience. Thats why i find it necessary to share my story. Thank you for making our day so pleasant!! To the 3 young men, I wish I remembered their names, thank you so much!!!

This is the most disreputable company youre ever going to come across. The moving laborers are fantastic, the owners/office people are as crooked as a snakes spine. We got a reasonable quote of 480 to 740 to move us which included gas and travel surcharge. On the day of the move, they came up with a new price of $1,500.00 or they were going to leave us stranded. When I told the harpy on the other side of the phone I was contacting the BBB, her demanding tone changed and said she would have husband drive out. When I got back to apt from new place, we reaffirmed the price of 140.00hr labor and 1hr travel not to exceed 1,000.00. Owner said it probably wouldnt be that much after I paid him 500.00 up front in cash. With our help and some friends we had truck packed in 2:30, thats when the stall tactics started. Per owners instructions, they took 1:30 to travel 29miles, then sat in the driveway for another hour refusing to unload until they got "another 500.00 in cash". They unloaded in 1hr, total labor, total labor 3:30 but charged for 6hrs as well as "another travel fee of 140.00. If you like dealing with extortion artists who prey on people at their most vulnerable, have you wife and friends verbally abused BY THE OWNERS, and have your posessions held hostage, Town to Town movers can and will do all these things to you.

I wanted to let you know how smoothly the move went on Saturday. We were very happy with your service. A move can be very stressful and the 3 workers did an excellent job. My sister and I were at the cape to direct the workers since it would have been too sad for my mom to leave the house she had for 30 years. It was a bit emotional for my sister and I. We were very impressed by the professionalism, camaraderie, and respect of each employee. They worked very well together. Their plan was thought out and well organized. They were also very nice. They made sure we were aware of any items that were broken or damaged before he move. The move was done quickly and efficiently and was done in less time than we anticipated considering the three stops. The estimate we were given was right within the range we expected. We are very happy with your company. I would recommend you to anyone.

The hardest part for me to hire movers is the fear of not knowing the people and worrying about my belongings. The stories I have heard about moving scared me. But I knew there was no way I could do it by myself. I gave them a call and those ladies were great even though I asked them way to many questions! lol They gave me the comfort of emailing me all the numbers that we spoke about over the phone. Hourly rate was very fair. They actually called me to double check I am all set the day before. The men showed up very punctual. I was actually surprised how well they worked together to get the job done ! They wrapped my items in blankets so nothing got damaged. They even offered to dis-assemble my beds (thank god) they put my fear at ease.

I hired your crew for a move in Worcester for my mother. Andy and June were the crew members. They were the epitome of professionalism: punctual, polite, skilled, knowledgeable, strong, and a pure pleasure to work with. They moved each piece of furniture with care and expertise. Throughout the process, they were thorough and efficient, and asked appropriate questions as they transitioned from room to room. They packed the closets well, and moved the drawers with care. They unpacked with skill. The billing process was handled professionally. Based on this move, I highly recommend Town to Town Movers. You took the anxiety out of the move and helped my mother settle into her new place in peace.

Jason Adam and June were great workers, I was very afraid when I Booked because this was the first time I actually had to move, but the women in the office but my fear at ease! They were so kind and very honest with me, I live somewhat far from Worcester so they told me right away there would be a travel fee even 2 at that (I moved to the cape). Honesty is key with me, I had no problem with that because its understandable for sure. The owner even called me the day before to go over what I had (that says something). Very organized and upfront with me. Would recommend them to anyone moving in the Worcester county area !! 2 thumbs up from me and my husband

The satisfactory process started with the frequent calls from Laurie ensuring that everything would be on schedule. Moving day Dave and Damien arrived on schedule. They assessed the furniture and then began. During the whole process they were very professional, careful to prevent any damage. On arrival at our new home the same attitude and professionalism was present. At no time was there any question that they were not concerned for our property. Both these men were very pleasant and mild mannered. We had the utmost trust in them. Certainly we would recommend them 100% if you are looking for a trustworthy company to do your moving.

I used town to town movers about 2 months ago. I called into their office they were very easy to talk to. They sent an estimate to my email which was nice so I had it to compare to others, I was careful of that but they were so honest with me. The movers came and did the same thing! They even helped me figure out my storage situation because I had purchased the wrong size of a unit for my stuff. It was nice they are good guys and definitely on your side unlike other moving companies. I am a traveler so I do use a moving company often. Happy I found the right one & Im happy I got to share my good experience

Awesome experience ! I did make the mistake of under estimating how much work really did need to get done to complete our move from Oxford to West Boylston in one day, the movers mentioned to me that this would be a 7-8 hour job I was originally quoted 6-7 , so I thought that was nice of them to give me a heads up, they worked their butts off to get this done (as they could tell Im sure) I was very nervous about my furniture, they assured me by taking their time and doing no harm to my valuables. I had to tip these men, they went above and beyond for me! Awesome move and my fears were laid to bed.
