The gates are open 6am-10pm, which is really convenient. There is a monthly insurance fee (like 10 dollars), which is annoying, but it ended up being the cheapest option anyway. Its close to UConn campus. However, its really buggy! All of the units are connected to each other by what seems like a drainage route. It freaks me out that someone else could have food or something thats attracting bugs and it would bring them to my unit as well. But otherwise, not the worst.

The facility itself is top-rate. Safe and accessible. However, I want to single out Manager Vanna L. Colon for well-deserved praise. Ms. Colon just assisted me in renting a second storage unit. She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. CubeSmart could not have a better personal representative for both its business and this particular location than Ms. Colon!

I as very pleased with the gentleman who showed me units. When he was showing me the units the one i decided on had grass in it. I had decided on a unit and told him i would be back to do all the paperwork. While i was gone he swept the unit out for me.

First of all I like the location and the hours of the place. I also like the space. But I dont appreciate being lied to and false advertisement. My first month was not free as it was stated in the advertisement.

Too many hidden fees and taxes. Be more up front/honest what a customer actually pays and dont use low rates as a hook. Otherwise, the space is adequate

Surprised by the mandatory insurance fee. Dont think I would have gone with them because it defeated the cheaper monthly price I got from them.
