Our company used All My Sons to move our office. The initial set up of booking with them went well. The price they quoted (per hour) did not change. Three men arrived the day of the move within the time frame that was given. They all introduced themselves and assessed what needed to be moved. They got to work immediately following that. The truck was large enough to fit everything with one trip. I do have a couple of complaints about this company, and would not recommend them to someone else. Upon meeting the supervisor of the three, he immediately told us that they only work at All My Sons for tips and that they all receive very low pay/minimum wage. So he made it very clear we better give a very good tip to all of them. So this was just very awkward. During the move all three were very rough with all the office furniture, dropping items down the stairs several times. Filing cabinets ended up having scratches and dents on them as well as other items. They repeatedly complained about what they had to move and were very sarcastic. This mostly came from the supervisor of the three. The other two didn’t seem to complain. But the reason why I actually took time to write this review is that one of our boxes we had them move never made it to our new office location. We waited an entire week to make sure everything got unpacked and we didn’t miss it. The box is definitely not at our new location and I know for a fact All My Sons moved it. I called their office the following week on a Monday. I was told I would get a call back. I waited until Wednesday to call their office again, now asking to speak with a manager. At this point I was put on hold for several minutes. Brad got on the phone and explained they do not have a box on the truck and it is not in their office. I explained to him what was in the box, and that I knew it was moved by their guys. All he said back was “Well we don’t have it.” This company took no responsibility for the loss of our box, not even an apology. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The representative that I worked with to schedule my move was very clear about the steps associated with planning and paying for services. The follow up during scheduling my move was excellent, and included a phone conversation the day before my move to finalize details. The movers arrived on time, were very courteous and efficient, and did a great job moving my belongings. This is the company I will contact first for my future move needs, and I am recommending this company to others who are planning to relocate. Thank you, All My Sons!

They gave me a very accurate estimate and the sales team was very efficient, informative, and responsive to any questions, and they were always available. The move went smoothly and the crew that handled my move were the best ever, very professional the whole way through. They were on time, very careful on dropping and handling things, and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys were fantastic! I was living in a large apartment on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator - these guys came in and never stopped for 5 hours clearing out my house. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone for help with a move. They also had great personalities - it made a stressful day actually fun!

Reasonably priced and great service. They were very flexible, especially given the complications around my interstate move. They worked with my and Public Storage to pick up my items from storage, vacate my unit for me, and meet me at my new house in a different state. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was the worst moving company I ever used they lost my glass to my vanity they scratch my washer up and dropped it I then complained and they sent me to their insurance that is now playing games I would not recommend you move with them
