Final Review/Resolution: In all fairness, I wanted to give a follow up on this review. The storage facility is very secure and a good place for most people to store their goods. The hallways and common areas are very clean and well maintained. The water issues that I saw and thought damaged my sofa cushion was probably left over from the construction of the facilities. What we determined damaged my cushion was that it touched the galvanized metal wall. Marc has been fair to work through this issue with. Original Review: Its a very secure place, however, water damaged my sofa while it was stored and they dont want to take responsibility yet. They say that they arent responsible, but when damage comes from their facility or structure, they are responsible. Ill update this if and when they start discussing reimbursement. Follow up: The owner Marc Goodin followed up with an email today basically saying that there was nothing wrong with his facility. However, my sofa had damage after it was removed. There were stains on the wall near the ceiling, but hes choosing to ignore this and saying that they have no responsibility. Please avoid doing business with Marc and Mansfield Self Storage. He also owns other storage facilities so renter beware!

A $40/month late fee on an $80/month storage unit? I was amazed that a 50%/month late charged is even legal. The lady at the desk is nice, but clearly the owners are white collar thieves. Be aware.

I showed to rent a new unit at 3 minutes before closing. Called, owner answered, AND came back and set up me. Highly recommend.

Staff is very helpful, facility is clean and nice. Owner and Administrator are both flexible and friendly.
