I have had 2 storage units here for several months now. The grounds are kept very neat and clean. I always see Veronica (the assistant manager) going around the property cleaning bits and pieces, or just looking around for any issues that arise. A lot of times me and some of the guys are there doing something in the storage units for days (usually straightening them out, it never fails, Veronica comes around the corner (always a smile) and asks if everything is all right, then off she goes about her business. Its nice to know that someone is actually "aware" of whats going on within the property. Once my guys left the keys in the other storage unit we use, ten minutes later, Veronica is handing me the keys. What else is there to say ??? Veronica Rolon (had to swipe a business card to remember her last name,lol) is just a great person to deal with. She is kind, helpful, down to earth, while maintaining her daily duties and the companies interests. Great Place, Better People. Thanks Veronica. Ray

They raised my price by almost 40 dollars in just a matter of a few months. I am paying for the sam e storage as a friend he pays less 175. I pay 218. He got the storage months before me. I remind you the same storage! I went to pay late and the charged me 80 extra dollars and would not let me pay because 2nd payment was due that day. They said I had to pay in cash no check I explained it was a holiday weekend and I was away. They said if I did not pay the cash before Monday the would put me in leine hold and I would pay 180 dollars extra on Tuesday. This place is a scam, that try to auction your things by adding fees and make it impossible to let you pay! I stayed at Boylston premier storage for a year with thibgs, never once during my time with them dId I experience fees or any such problems! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

One of the thing I noticed from the begining was that the personel or staff were very friendly. On my first day of moving in, I noticed a lock on my storage door. It was after hours (office closed). There is a live in Manager on the site and they were very helpful. They were understanding and open the storage lock for me so I can move my belongings in. I highly recommend extra space storage here on 53 Clinton St. Worcester, Mass.. The location is great not to far from the highway. The property is clean and well secured. Everything you need for boxing your goods is available right at the property. The staff are very friendly. So if youre looking to store some goods, give Extra Space Storage a try. You wont regret it!!!!

Hi Ive been a customer at Extra Space Storage for maybe about 5 months and I must say that Veronica the person that took care of me the one that introduced me to this place has been an outstanding employee she has been nothing but helpful to me when it comes to put my stuff in and also moving from one laptop to another because Ive got a bigger one then I need a smaller one and she has went out of their way above and beyond to help me get fitting into the exact same thing. Lots of that I needed so if theres any prompts to be going on to it should be her shes a fantastic employee and someone says he does a great job thank you now Im going to send it

Miriam and Veronica are simply amazing! They are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years now. The only think I might suggest to the corporate administration is that loyal customers deserve some recompense, rather than charging them constant increases. I understand that the cost of living increases, but seeking a creative way to show appreciation for your most loyal customers would be the only thing I could think of to improve upon your already outstanding service!

This is a great place to store your stuff at. The location right off the highway provides quick access to your gear, and you can sleep well knowing your belongings are safe. All the facilities are kept neat and clean. I have never had a security incident in over 10 years. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Shell gas station near by on the way to and from the highway; SUPER CONVENIENT! All the facilities are kept neat and clean, and the staff visibly works hard to manage the property.

The price had one available right away, the space I needed was great for what I needed to put away. And its convenient to where I lived, I used to rent storage from another company same size but more money and the space look very tiny so this one is way bigger and the price was less thank you for your service thank you for your help I hope my feedback was nice and good thank you for all that you and Veronica did to help me out

I have used this particular location a few times and have been satisfied with the service, price and location. The only thing I dont like is the entrance key pad is out of reach when you pull in and must get out of your vehicle to put your access code in. Upon leaving the key pad is accessible through your vehicle window. Staff are very friendly, outgoing and have been there a long time so they know the company they represent.

We have used Extra Space Storage in Shrewsbury for quite some time now for our storage needs. We have a couple of units all which are very easily accessed and the area is kept exceptionally clean. Veronica and Miriam are always there to help with a smile on their face. I would recommend that anyone with storage needs to check out Extra Space Storage in Shrewsbury.

Ive dealt with other storage facilities in the past and this one stands out from the others. Miriam and Veronica are always Courteous to the customers (regardless of the customers mood). The place is constantly being Maintained, and the flower arrangements are Beautiful. Id recommend Extra Space Storage (Shrewsbury) without hesitation!

From the moment I walked in and gave my name my reservation was quickly found and the process didnt take long at all. Within a half hour I was already moving things into my unit and ready to go. I was given clear instructions and the space was clean and ready. Excellent customer service !!!
