If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has a rodent problem!!! I rented a drive up unit. Which the doors were a problem they dont shut tight against the ground. Also the doors have a huge gap up top and let in pollen and bugs. I only had my unit for 3 months before it became infested with rodents. When I contacted the kerri, she told me another unit was complaining of rodents as well and advised me to buy decon to put inside my unit. She also told me she would put moth balls outside the unit to keep any outside rodents away. Two weeks went by and NO moth balls were ever put out. She finally did get an exterminator out, yet a week later we still had rodents. In a 1 week time frame 3 decon bait traps in our unit were eaten completely!!! Which told me the place was over run by rodents. I am extremely disappointed with the staff. They did NOT care one bit we had a rodent problem!! When we went to inform them we still had rodents after the exterminator she had no comment and just handed us our keys. She also wouldnt even give us 2 extra days to move out with out being charged the full month rental fee!!! NO CARES GIVEN AT THIS PLACE! If you value your belongings do not rent here.

I just read the review from the person claiming there is a rodent issue. Well, first I want to say shame on that person for the way she spoke about the manager and staff. I had a unit here at this facility for many years and there has NEVER been an issue with rodents or the staff. Sounds to me that this person is looking for some sort of money compensation or perhaps they brought the mice in themselves! Take a look at these reviews, this person in the ONLY one with an issue, so who is the real problem?

Amazing storage units with an elevator for the second floor units.the first floor units are all drive through but a little bigger ones. Kerrie was very friendly and showed us the right unit for our needs. Definitely recommend this one.the prices are reasonable and they had a promotion of one free month rent which the manager mentioned,so thanks for that Kerrie.

Kerry was soooooo accommodating! Right from the first phone call, I was pleased with this company. They had no problem accommodating my storage pod for a few days so I could empty it into a unit. When yhe size I originally reserved was too small, she upgraded me to a larger one with no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend storing your stuff here!

I sold my house in 5 days & had to get out FAST. Simply Self Storage had two huge storage units side by side, & I rented both & had two moving trucks bring everything in. I feel its safe, with a live in manager, who keeps an eye on everything. Best choice for storage, the price is right & the manager is a big help.
