We did our research before choosing a storage facility and heard great things about Extra Space Storage in Auburn. Needless to say, everything we heard was right. The manager Wiley was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our storage choice. The site is always cleaned and maintained beautifully and we will be reccomending Extra Space Storage in Auburn to all our friends and family.

I recently needed to rent a storage unit, on very short notice, in order to prepare for the sale of my home. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were able to answer all of my pricing and availability questions and set my mind at ease during a stressful time. The facility was very clean and in great condition so I never had to worry about my belongings. I would definitely recommend this business.

Manager is a jerk..very rude. Plus they are Too expensive. they raise their prices like crazy..I started off paying $50 for my unit been a customer for 3+years I now pay $75 for the same unit..SMH..will be looking for a better place next month..
