Eric is the best! Just moved back to the area and Premiere Storage gave a great experience. The biggest reason why is simple- because of Eric. He is accommodating and customer focused. We echo pretty much everything else others have said in their reviews. Friendly service, maintained facilities, clean and tidy grounds = a fantastic value. Still feel the need to shop around? There are other storage places located nearby and you can clearly tell a huge difference between them. Have a look for yourself, and youll see why so many people here choose Premiere. Eric provided the ultimate in exceptional customer service when we needed to store our lawn mower for the winter. He escorted us to our storage site, and wasn;t pushy. Highly recommend this business if you are looking for clean, secure and affordable storage.Overall I was extremely impressed with the customer service from Eric and Cooper the Wonder Dog. NO worries here!

my college-age nephew required to store furniture for the summer so we called premierself storage near Worcester . eric was so helpful in helping us pick the appropriate size storage locker and making arrangements moving the furniture into storage . i live in another part of ma from him , so eric was so nice to email when the move was complete and made sure i got a monthly e-mail of the payment . moving in was a breeze this is a great facility. can recommend eric @ this storage facility.

Been storing spare furniture at Premiere for a few years now. Its a great location and cheerful staff. Erics been always reachable and helpful.I previously stored stuff with another company with mixed results, so I appreciate the "no-surprises" results from Premiere.(Self-storage is an something where who you go with is paramount. Great public storage spot. Eric is the nice man behind the counter. I think you will love Premier as it is completely secure and the grounds are kept in an impeccable state. The location has plenty of parking out back and is easy to get into. Right off 290. This is just a great public storage for your extra stuff. Extremely handy and easy to use. Eric rocks!
