STAY AWAY! This place has mice that will get into all of your boxes. We had our house packed up in Westborough Self Storage for 2 months and mice got into everything. The owners basically told us sorry, but its not their problem. Insurance doesnt cover rodent damage in storage units!

Mice problem!!! We had our house packed up in their storage unit for 3 months and mice got into everything. Our furniture and bedding were covered in mice feces and lice/bugs. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your items.

A great storage facility. They shovel the snow from every door after a snow storm. Never have seen this done at other self storage places. GREAT customer service

the new computerized gate access control system works wonderful. we now have 24 hour access with great ease. All you need is your access # after hours
