Horrible customer service . They have no control over the third party movers who come for your stuff. I waited all day Saturday to get my stuff back and today Ive been waiting for three hours now to get my things back. Their so called agents dont answer the phone after a million calls to them, and the customer is just left waiting. Dont choose this for your loving needs, they make pick up very easy but drop off is like getting the ring from golum.

2nd time I have used Closetbox and once again exceptional service. Very easy to use and when you factor hiring a mover, the cost is so much more affordable. Highly recommend for short term renters or those planning to convert from rent to buy.
