The guy that is there is completely unprofessional and barely speaks any English apparently the owner of the building is out of the country so good luck getting anything considered customer service anything but easy. I rented a unit for less than a week and hadnt moved anything into it before I decided to get my money back because I was just offered an apartment the guy there told me that they dont do refunds and that he did not know how to do so he gave me a fake number to call and its for a computer and technology company not even U-Haul or storage related I got screwed out of a hundred and $25 when I should have just pay the extra money to go to the actual U-Haul facility where they know how to handle all types of customer complaints and situations NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER GO HERE! Sidebar: you also have to call this guy who barely speaks English personally on his cell phone if you want to get into your unit you arent given a card or code to access the building its cheap and trashy and I dont understand how they get business.

It took less than 10 mins from the time I arrived till the time I pulled in to start unloading my SUV with registering and everything. When you park...park across the street in the little parking lot. I have to get the guys name next time...very nice...straight to the point...doesnt waste your time. Prices are lower than usual storage and the place was relatively clean. I would definitely recommend this over a name brand storage...save your money and your time! :). Oh they are also affiliated with uhaul but waaayyy cheaper so thats comforting.

It works for some and may not work for others. You call and schedule appointment to get into the unit, fairly cheap.
