This company raises your rent at their whim each year, also they have excessive late fees and are extremely aggressive and lock you out if you are 5 days late in paying. I have referred two clients to them, and I regret it deeply. There are no words for the depth of the ugliness of the experience. If there were negative stars I would give it.

The Metro Self Storage at Southampton was beyond expectation. The place absolutely immaculate, the interior and the grounds as well. The staff eager to accomodate and most gracious. I would recommend highly.
