I chose this location because of the price. I knew I wouldnt be going there very often so it didnt matter that it was about 45 mins from my home. I rented a 10 x 10 unit for a little over a year. The staff was friendly & helpful from beginning to end. They live on the property so they had a personal interest in the safety/security. The unit, building & grounds were clean and well kept. I never had any problems, having visited the unit about a half dozen times over the duration. I liked the rolling cart that was available for use in my building. I was also grateful for the bathroom they provided on the premises.

Ive been at PS Westford for a number of years and have been very satisfied. Bob & Sandy in the office are always extremely friendly and helpful. You can always get a hold of them during the posted office hours. Ive never had to hunt them down to pay my bill or ask a question. The grounds and facility are well maintained and safe. Im in and out of my unit a lot and never had a complaint. I definitely recommend them!

Bob and Sandra are really nice, efficient, neat, and considerate Representative Managers! They have excellent customer service, great communication ! We have been working with them for years and they are awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to store their home or business furniture or items! Bob and Sandra are really pleasant, and kind Customer Service Managers!

Easy, affordable, clean and apparently very well managed. I havent met Sandy yet but Bob was fantastic. He appeared genuinely interested in what you were looking for and that you were happy with what you received. The property and office were spotless and even smelled clean, not perfumy but clean. It was a totally painless experience. I would definitely use this facility again.

5 stars Bob and Sandy were very professional and friendly. The storage unit was clean and well lit. Very convenient right off 495 or 225. I never lost sleep over the safety of my stuff. Behind a locked gate and then inside building. I like that video cameras . HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! Will tell my friend about the place.

Great storage facility. I chose it based on ease of getting to it--it was 5min from home--and for the introductory price. It provided exactly what I wanted -- a place to temporarily store my stuff that was secure, clean and easy access. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to store their stuff.

Well I walked in and immediately was welcomed by the woman at the front desk named Sandy. She was nice and very friendly. While waiting for her husband, Bob I believe, she informed me of upcoming weather forecasts and just was nice. Glad I picked this place. They were also very affordable.

Staff is good to work with. Facilities are dirty and smells funny. Wouldnt rent a unit here if it was for personal unit. The units themselves are dry and clean, but the halls smell and need to be cleaned. Rated against my personal storage unit.....no comparison!!

Friendly, helpful people and easy access. However, I find the late fee steep and the window very short - 5 days. (I have had experience with other storage facilities, generally the grace period was at least one week or 10 days).
