How cheap do people gotta be to lie about miles? I left at 9437 came back at 9453... The put I left at 9436 to get an extra .59 cents lol. I took a picture before I left of odometer but only realized after I paid. So sketchy. Every u haul I went to lies about one extra mile for .59 cents lol. Check and verify before you pay. Its the principle. DonT lie and rip me off or Ill just dispute the entire change with my credit card company

Place has mice in storage units and they destroyed are couches and our son the past away memorial things and they didnt even care said we didnt have insurance. Insurance is to cover theft and damages not rodent infestation what a joke. Ants everywhere dust and salt all in the front under the door for the price you pay this is rediculous will never go back to these robbers

Its sad to say that they only get two stars but at least I gave them an extra star since the previous review I made. I been to other U-Hauls and never had such difficulty. However, my issue has finally been resolved after all of the drama and I am satisfied with the outcome -if- it turns out the way it was promised. Wonder if I am still e-listed? lol

My UHaul rental was double booked necessitating I return 4 hours earlier than my reservation indicated. This forced me to use another location, which pushed me back a half hour and ultimately started my trip in rush-hour traffic; all was a big inconvenience.

Ive come here a few times to get cardboard boxes. The place is usually slow, so you can take your time. Cheap affordable, resusable boxes for moving. You can even sell them back. Employees are very chill.

Good service. I rented a van from here and was given a brand new vehicle with only 3000 miles on it. Very nice for the price.
