I used to love this place. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and the staff friendly but its the corporation that i am not happy with. I have been a customer for some years now and the rate has just increased every six months, now it is almost double of what it started at with no improvements. How can this be a good practice? The staff is more than accomadating and friendly and really try to get good deals for me but the bottom line is the corporation has the final say. I needed a place to put overflow and found they were best but this increasing the monthly cost every 6 months is ridiculous! Who do they think they are? My industry hasnt had a raise in 40 years. I understand there are cost increases but without reason every 6 months is a bit much to swallow.

When I started using the my storage unit, I paid approx. $149. That was 6 years ago. It has climbed to $215.00. Every few months they add on a couple of more dollars. It was one of the biggest units they have. The people are always kind. They seem embarrassed that the prices are raised all the time. They have kept the stored objects dry, not clean but dry. The flame retardant material from the ceiling falls all over your objects, so make sure that you have everything draped. I would recommend when signing a contract that you put in a clause to limit the amount, and the frequency by which the company increases your rent...or find someone that will.

Ive recently had my grandparents move into my home with me. They brought everything they owned with them and because I live in a relatively small home its no surprise I ran out of room for their things. I decided to check online for a few self storage locations and I came across you guys. I wasnt sure what to expect walking in but I can say I had a wonderful experience. Elihu was friendly and knew his stuff, he listened to my entire story with genuine enthusiasm and interest and he helped me get started with exactly what I needed. I couldnt think of a better place to store my grandparents things.

Best customer service in the area. I was looking to purchase a unit around my home- I have been to 3 other storage places before this one, each person was rude or on a personal call while working with me. When I first walked into the Enfield office the guy Sean stood right up out of his desk chair and was willing to help me with any questions that I had. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the area.

Its been a while, but the guy that was there the day I was made me want to NEVER use this place...EVER! To be honest, I dont even know if the guy I talked to was an actual employee. He had on a jacket with the name of the place, said he was the manager, but couldnt make any determinations or admissions. I left more confused than I have ever felt in my life.

The staff here is the best, we have used storage all over country and we have found this location the best customer service. The building themselves could use new seals on outside doors. The move in and out was easy and I would recommend using this location over any other in the area for both personal and business use.

Great location. I was in there inquiring about a unit and the site manager there was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a few units just so I could see my options. The staff there take pride in this location because it was clean and kept up. I look forward to renting at this location in the next few months!

I had a unit at extra space storage. And was going threw a personal situation with my storage unit. And Mary Feliciano was there for me during the hard time with the situation and the unit. She is so peppy and energetic. I went there stressed out and left laughing and smiling. She is the best!!!!

Even though I was only a tenant here for a brief period of time, I can not overstate how friendly and helpful the staff was and clean the facility was. Hopefully I will not need storage in the future, but if I do, this is the only place I would consider renting. A++

I have been a customer there since 2010 and found it to be the cleanest faclity in the area. The staff is amazing, very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the fact that the manager lives on sight as I think it adds anothe rlayer of security.

Convenient location is out of the heavy traffic of the commercial district, yet just a quick side street away. I shopped around different self storage places in Enfield, and Extra Space had the lowest rates. Units are well maintained and facility is clean.

looking for a rental to store a few items and stopped in. Inquired about prices and sizes to best fit my needs. when I entered Joe was behind the desk and helped me out, showed me all of the options and went through prices. Very Helpful and nice man.

Dont waste your time.... Bait and switch, after reserving a unit online went down to sign the lease maybe 15 minutes later. After I opted for the cheapest mandatory monthly insurance fee, the unit was mysteriously reserved by someonelse.

Very pleased. I reserved my space on line, within 5 minutes received a phone call asking when I would like to come in. Very pleasant & knowledgeably manager. Space was clean as is the whole property. Very happy.

THis is a great storage facility, we stored our stuff here while traveling and had no issues whatsoever. All our stuff was in great shape when we got back, and the staff was extremely friendly and always helpful.

The people who work here go HAM. Seriously, this place is worry-free, hassle-free storage, which is increasingly rare. In terms of self-storage in Connecticut, this is the best Ive encountered. And I mean it.
