Today I helped a friend condense the contents of her storage unit at this location into a smaller one. The friendly gentleman working in the office at Extra Space was very helpful! He worked quickly and efficiently to set my friend up with her new lease and show her the new storage space, which was really clean and condition like new. He even went out of his way to check on us before he left for the night, which we really appreciated even though the area is pretty well lit and quiet. I would recommend this Extra Space location to anyone. Two thumbs up.

Joe and Rafael have been professional, pleasant and very accommodating. I stopped in a couple of weeks to make the reservation but did not because i was still in my research mode looking for the safest and economical spot. After the staff here gave me a few non-pressured reminder calls i came in and secure the storage space. None of questions about safety and access to the secured area were left unanswered. I would definitely recommend this business.

The manager Eligio has been so helpful and professional since he came to this location. Great customer service on the phone and in person every single time. Most recently, we transferred units. He reserved the closest unit to our old unit which was ideal for moving and handled the paperwork quickly. Im out of state and the customer service/management at this location meets our business needs.

The office and bathroom is very well kept. The storage unit and lot itself is very spacious, clean and well kept and managed as well. Access into the storage facilities is also great. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Such awesome guys here such a safe a secure storage place not one problem they stayed in contact with me the whole time my stuff was there made sure I put a lock on my stuff and saved me a lot of money in the end..I will for sure be using them again I live in meriden and would much rather take the drive here to keep my stuff safe and sound!! & there extremely clean and respectful

pretty nice place the grounds and staff were great. my 5x10 locker was pretty poor quality like there was a small hole on one side and part of the fabric covering the roof was falling down, but i only plan on stopping there twice to drop my things off and to pick them up. All in all for the price it was great something like 33 a month plus tax first month free

My sister has a unit here and we put our mothers things in our space and I know it is safe. The staff are friendly, especially Daniel, he has gone out of his way to keep our business, make us feel welcome and made us feel good about having our valued family possesions protected. The overall experience couldnt be any better unless rent was always free!

Booked a 10x10 unit today. The property was very clean and looked well maintained. They were also doing active maintenance while I was there which was more proof to the condition of the upkeep. Bill was very helpful and well informed. It was a pleasure to work with him and he took care of me. Overall I am impressed so far!

The storage property is always clean. I was here a year and a half and never had an issue. It was always safe and secure. Monthly rates did increase, however the rates are reasonable. I would recommend this storage to anyone!!! Its also clean during the winter which is a plus when you have to come visit during the winter.

Very nice storage facility. Neat and clean and the security is a plus. Staff was willing to take time to answer questions and to take extra time to find an answer if they didnt know it. Price was comparable to other storage facilities in the area. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Wethersfield, CT.

The newer manager is very nice. I have a climate controlled unit, it was only 78 degrees in there when it was 98 outside! I was very pleased. I have been there for over two years and when they raised the price, I was able to get them to lower it back to the internet price. Highly recommended!

Just opened up a storage unit here this afternoon! Bill could not have been more helpful and friendly. He saw a hole in the side of the unit I was supposed to have, and promptly reassigned me. The unit is very clean, and hopefully the duration of the rental will be as seamless as opening it!
