Rates change per different x Person theres no set rate.. i was there for 2 years and was told we can work on cars and then was just recently told we cannot now. They over charge compared to other places. They do will nit call u if they change price or.raisr rent or take away anything as in 24 hrs access. For 2 years u are allowed to take down walls if u rent mire than one unit side.my side and now all of a sudden u cant. Rules and prices change with no notices or anything. Customet service is now horrible.and they cant tell whats what what units are open or not..
