Great staff and facility, the staff always went the extra mile to insure our questions or concerns were completely satisfied. The day of our arrival in the area we had the towing dolly fail on us and had to wait for someone to bring a replacement(which the rental company BUDGET RENTALS refused to do, there was only a pick up performed). We called and explained our problem and the associate said he would wait for us to arrive, thank you so much for your kindness Steven and for the great service we received from both you and Jenny, you are both a great asset to the Uncle Bobs team, I wish there were more young people like you who show such great customer service for your customers.
