This location is amazing! Melissa A. is always on point and is always willing to lend a helping hand to better my experience as a valued customer. I receive packages on a monthly basis and there is never a time when she forgets to contact me informing me that my packages have arrived. She is very professional and well mannered and she strongly has my vote as to future promotions within the company! Melissa you are doing a fantastic job keeping you customers and tenants happy and satisfied! keep up the excellent work and enthused attitude! Bill is also phenomenal! He has help me in many ways as far as everything goes with renting with Extra Space. Thank you guys so much Melissa and Bill! You both make an exciting team and you both help people like me have a piece of mind knowing that i chose the right storage facility!

All is fine thus far but be prepared to sweat lol when you go into the storage area its super hot! Felt like almost 100 in there. Ive gone to many storages and had many but neither was hot especially when youre constantly moving stuff in there back and forth. Make sure youre with someone and are hydrated! Experience the place before you give any stars, they do kind of want you to do it while youre there upon sign up which shouldnt be like that. Let the customers give feedback! Other than that the lady was nice, good area, useful carts, pretty decent.

i give this place 5 stars cause of customer service here. I read the reviews for this location and boy did they hit the nail on the head. Place is very clean, i love that its all in door, they have carts to help you move and my over all favorite is the way the manager and assistant managers welcome you here with a smile and are always so kind. Best service ive had in a long time

The place is fine but they have you put a review immediately before even experiencing the place which is why there are so many 5 star reviews . I dont like that they force you to get a $15 a month insurance by force you I mean if you dont do it you cant keep your stuff here . They always make you pay for a $15 lock . I dont like surprises just be up front

This is a great location to store at. The Manager here is Great. Shes gone over and beyond to help me and my family with our storage needs. The price is very reasonable and its a clean place. Ive stored before but the Customer service here is amazing. That was our best experience and is what made us decide to rent in the first place.

Bill and Melissa were great! Since it was my first time renting out a storage place, they walked me through the entire process and were very friendly. I was the inconvinient customer, and walked in one minute before they closed. They had no problem taking care of me, and setting me up.

I wish more point of service transactions were handled by people like Bill at Extra Space Storage. He is both businesslike and courteous, informative and considerate. I was also impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of his associate whos name I regret I cannot remember.

Ive been renting at this location for almost 10 years for my small business. Friendly staff. I think the company uses yield management as their pricing strategy, so it may pay off to rent in period of low demand and low occupancy.

Customer service was excellent Reggie did a great job describing and answering all my questions. Storage units are very clean. The only down side is not 24 hour access its 6am to 10 pm 7 days a week.
