This place failed at every step: - on the check-in day: it took more than one hour and a half to file the paperwork: the assistant did not know how to use the printer. - When we got to our unit: it was already full of furniture up to the ceiling. The assistant asked us to move the stuff...ourselves to another unit. - My automatic payment was not processed. I received several threatening letters despite calls/emails to sort it out. Took ages, dealing with incompetent people. - When I forgot to update my new credit card details: no warning, got the full extra-charge. - There are only two barely useable carts for the entire building - The lift is often blocked - We found the building closed several times during office hours with a sign such as "gone to the bank." Did have to wait for a good 20 minutes - Last but not least: a month and half since I vacated the unit and I still have not received my deposit back (I was told that "everything was all set")
