From my first phone call to the Wallingford, CT facility, I knew I was in good hands with April. She truly is your #1 asset. If I could hire her, I would. But, she is totally dedicated to your company and loves her job. During the transition and change in ownership, April kept a positive and professional representation, which to me translated to tenant retention. I have rented storage for 15 years at other places, but have never had such a sense of comfort, security and professionalism. Thanks.

Nothing but high praise for April and the staff at Life Storage in Wallingford. We had a 10 x 10 storage space and an RV parking spot as well and April was extremely helpful getting us set up and when we were ready to leave, she helped us to end our stay with Life Storage. I especially liked the security that the storage area offered and Aprils top notch customer service. If we ever need a storage area again in Wallingford, we will definitely return to Life Storage

Our experience at Uncle Bobs in Wallingford was a 10+! April ( the manager) gave us all our options and worked with us on which storage unit would be best for our things. She was money conscious which was very important us. I really felt like I had known April for years by the way she treated us ( Very Friendly, respectful and empathetic ). The knowledge she had was very very appreciated!!! Ten Plus for April and Uncle Bobs !

I felt very comfortable coming into Life Storage, the staff was very accomidating. I originally went in for boxes and one of the staff, Joe, was pleasant and helped me find what I was looking for. When I inquired about trucks, the manager April showed me what they could offer and how reasonable it was to get one.
