We just closed out our garage size storage bin. Space was not needed no longer. The staff was always very friendly & understanding anytime we called or stopped in the office. Price for the unit we had was better than most facilities. We would rent again, should we need another unit. I also would refer to a friend should they need a rental unit at a good price, however, its too bad the property wasnt big enough to have outside parking to rent a space for a car or small trailer. Overall, everything was good while being a customer at Keep Safe Storage.

East sign-up, use, and close-out. Everything was easy to navigate. Especially when I finished needing my unit. I couldnt come in to close out the unit during office hours but Guy told me simply to take my lock off and clean out my unit when convenient, then call in and theyd close me out. I actually forgot to call for a while and they took care of it anyway when they noticed my lock was gone! Seamless experience which is HUGE for someone whos moving and experiencing all the stress that comes with it.

I rented a storage unit from Keep-Safe storage from 1998 until February 2016. The only reason I terminated it was because I now live in Virginia and really didnt need it any more. For the time that I did rent it I have been both satisfied and comfortable in the management of the company. I have found them always to be cordial and helpful. If I were to move back to the area again I would not hesitate to use their services again.

When it comes to storage, "my stuff was safe and accessible" is generally the bar, but Guy is extremely helpful and accommodating. No problems at all, and a few surprising, helpful moments. He was even able to take a piece of furniture I didnt need and donate it to an organization that could give it to someone in need. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was excellent. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and the place was kept clean and secure. I noticed staff outside the office walking around the premises several times when I was there. There billing was very efficient.
