I recently move from Seattle and was going to burden my friend with all my stuff of who knows how long. He mentioned this new place call cubesmart in North Haven. I went down there and talked with stephanie about a storage unit. She was very pleasant and informative. I had looked online at a couple different places but felt very informed and safe here. I rented from her, was able to use the cargo truck to move my stuff in free of charge, did have to fill the gas tank but it was $11 of gas, no biggy. I have recommended this company to my sister and shes going to use them but a different location. Thank you to stephanie and troy for the heat experience.

Facility looks great, interior could use in-unit lighting or at the very least longer timers for the hall lights. My complaint is with staff and customer service around billing. Ive been in the facility for two months, changed units, and had to get only my bill adjusted to the promotional rate I signed up under since we had to put together a new contract for the new unit. Had to wait for district manager to adjust as they were on vacation previous week and nearly got into an arguement with a supervisor regarding a late fee that was assessed while I was awaiting the rate adjustment. Overall Im satisfied, just wish the lights were on longer timers.

Ive been extremely happy with my decision to store at CubeSmart. The staff has been wonderful to work with, very friendly and knowledgable. The facility is spotless and the added perks of piped in music make it very unique. I feel very safe going there, no matter the time, because of the code access not only for the gate, but also for the elevator when you get inside. Highly recommended!!

Cheryl and Troy were both very helpful and accommodating. We were able to use the moving truck without charge to move in and can use it again when we need to move our things out at a much lower rate than renting at a truck rental company. The facility is brand new and immaculate with very easy access to I-91. Would highly recommend.

This is by far the best storage place I have ever dealt with. The store manager is incredibly efficient and friendly, and everything simply works out there. They just renovated. They also give you a free truck for up to 4 hours. I am rarely this happy with a company, but I also never had such a smooth moving day! Thank you!

Great experience from the first phone call until we sat down and signd the paperwork for our unit. Stephanie and Troy are both first class workers and made the process very easy. The storage space itself is in a great location right off 91, is very clean and well maintained and also secure. Highly recommend!
