The facility looked very neat and clean but the customer service I experienced was what made me give this business all 5 stars. I dealt with Paul who I believe is the manager and the customer service I received was outstanding. He talked me through the whole agreement, as this was my first time using a storage unit, and took the time to answer my questions in a very helpful, personable way. I never got that rushed feeling. He really went over and above from explaining the agreement to showing me the units location to my departure. He seemed truly thankful for my business and I felt appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend this location for anyone with extra storage needs.

Safe, Secure, Well Lit facility is located just south of the Sunrise Hwy - Nicolls Rd clover leaf - this allows for convenient highway access, and saves valuable time. The units are clean, and well maintained. The 10 ft plus ceiling height is a bonus as well; but, most importantly, the on site customer service support is spectacular.

This is one of the cleanest storage facilities Ive ever seen. The manager was very helpful and friendly, even suggesting ways for me to pack my unit in order to get the most out of it, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store anything. Very happy here!
