I was very pleased with Cube Smart Storage. The units (on the first floor, didnt go upstairs) were pretty cool even on the 80+ weather days. I think they said they had dehumidifiers and all of the entrances have seals to keep the heat out. Prices were similar to other places, but were cheaper than those that said they were on air conditioning. Service was excellent, the two women who were there were very nice and informative, and provided bottled water both on the booking day and the move in day. Would recommend it and use it again.

Helpful caring people. Sounds strange to say that about storage unit business...but its totally true...husband passed suddenly in the middle of our move to the area...they were there to help with a place to put my "stuff" until I was emotionally ready to deal with it. They worked their magic to get me the lowest rate for the largest unit they had available. They are the best in the area.

If anyone is looking for a reasonable price for storing things cubesmart is the place its right on Waverly Ave in Patchogue. The customer service agents are very helpful and reliable. Cubesmart is also a very clean place. There is not much more I can say but I am very pleased. Thank you cubesmart keep up the excellence.

I have been renting here for over a year and have NEVER seen a roach. Ive had nothing but professional, helpful service. My only complaint is sometimes the computers go down and its a pain to have to go back to pay my bill. I am going to sign up for auto pay so I dont have to worry about it.

Excellent self storage options. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Once I registered online, I came in to get tutorial and was out in the matter of 15 mins. Very much recommend if you need storage and Ok with doing it yourself.
