The manager Bob Killey was extremely rude and unhelpful, going as far as lying to me, saying they didnt have my storage key (they did) because he couldnt be bothered to look for it. The roof is leaking in dozens of places, for such a high price, youd think they could afford to patch the holes. God knows how many peoples items have been damaged due to their neglect.

I have dealt with Hacienda storage both on a personal and business level. I found the staff professional, polite and ready to show me the spaces I was interested in.
