I have been using this storage facility since they opened in 2002. This storage is not only clean and professional, they treat their customers as if they were family. I have received holiday cards, sympathy cards when I was going through a difficult time, and NOT ONCE did these people "not care." This other comment is astonishing to me and that customer must have an alterior motive for writing such harsh words. If there were a problem, Im sure this family would do its best to come up with a solution. I will continue to use Saint James Self Storage as long as I am in need of the service.
