I just went here yesterday and rented a storage place and was so impressed! Steph was AMAZING and walked us through everything we could have possibly needed. She is so sweet and definitely an asset to the company! The facility was very clean and well kept. Security seems excellent compared to other places I have looked at. I actually bought the storage space online, received a phone call from Steph about two mins after I submitted my request! Then when I went in to fill out the paperwork, Steph went over everything we may be storing to ensure we were getting the best deal we possibly could! I never really write reviews but this place definitely deserves it! I highly recommend public storage in Farmingville if you need to rent a storage unit!

Horrible horrible facility!. Not well maintained at all (half the lights dont work, especially on the second floor where it is pitch black). No concerns are addressed no matter how nice you are about it. Ive been playing phone tag with Kevin Riley the manager for two days and then just stopped hearing from him all together. I work 7 days a week and am on a tight schedule. Even though i go during business hours, I can never access my items bc of either no lights to see (im always by myself so its scary) or the elevators are out of order with no note to let me know im wasting my time standing at a closed door. Very uncaring employees. Not worth the aggravation and money.

I just rented a 7.5 by 10 unit today and was happy about the easy access to property and my unit. Miranda was very helpful in showing me my unit, how to get into property and other units available for me to rent. She also asked me if I needed anything else packing boxes, tape etc. to help with my move, I thought that was also very nice. The property was clean and I would recommend anyone who is looking for storage to look into this public storage location.

This facility is always clean and the staff is great and always helpful. Used other storage units before and this one has been the best by far. Always accommodating and never a issue. Love the security with the gate. Carts are always accessible and if not an associate will always find one. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage place with a great staff. Sue and Jess are the best and always helpful.

I have rented at this property for a few months now and I have to say this is by far the best place my husband and I have ever used. Sue and the rest of the staff are great. They go out of their way to be kind and check up on their customers. The building is always so clean and well tended. Thanks so much to the staff for all that you do. I will continue to recommend this facility to everyone I know.

I rented a unit a couple weeks ago and was very happy with the service I received! Sue and Jennifer (who was training) helped me and were very knowledgeable about everything. They were super nice and made my experience great. The units are also clean and spacious! The only problem I have is with the lights. Some of them are really difficult to turn on and its scary to be there alone with no lights.

I recently came in here to purchase some moving supplies as I pack peoples homes for a living, I find it easy convenient and affordable here and they always help me stay on budget! The girls sue and Jessica were helpful in saving me the most money I can which is always appreciated as I run my own business ! I would definitely recommend this location for moving supplies !

The property is very clean and has good security so we always feel safe coming to this property. I would recommend this location for anyone who needs storage.

I am moving to Baltimore with my family. I came into the store for moving supplies. The girls were most helpful. One of the girls had just moved up here from down south and offered suggestion on with supplies that worked for her. I found that very helpful. Have gone back now again for more supplies. I will go back if I need something more.

This Public Storage was the best, and easiest place to store my extra items that I had no room for. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. The entire area was clean, the storage unit itself was immaculate. I would recommend this location to anyone looking.

The girls in the office were very pleasant and eager to help me with finding a space. I have never used storage before and they made everything very easy for me. The facility was very clean and felt secure leaving my belongings there. I would reccomend this facility to anyone in need of storage.

Started storing thing temporarily last year and have used it for an extended time now. Sue & her team are A+ Ive yet to come across a problem that wasnt solved in superhuman time. And their prices are just phenomenal compared to the hard work and care that the team monitoring the area puts in.

Honestly the best storage experience Ive ever had everyone was so nice , they got me in and out in the matter of minutes, the girl who helped me was extremely kind, I believe her name was Samantha, she did all she could to save me money and did a great bundle pack on the boxes shes sold me.

Went in with my wife for some moving supplies. The staff was very helpful and got us exactly what we needed for our move. The office and all around was clean and I can only imagine so was the inside of the building. If we were staying, I would rent a unit in a heart beat.
