HORRIBLE customer service. Purchased a truck hitch with an "UNLIMITED lifetime warranty". The product rusted terribly in just a few years. It is now unsafe to pull anything with it. Needless to say they found a way to NOT honor the warranty by "losing my records" over the years and tried to blame ME the customer for their lack of clerical ability. The hitch clearly says UHAUL stamped into it and is identifiable as one of their products. To top it off the salesman told me "its fine, just scrape the rust and paint over it". Thanks for the advice, but I really dont want to see my trailer detach and go off the road on its own. Ill never do business here again and will be reporting this to the BBB.
