The girls in the office are very nice.. However, we have been there since November and we are late all the time. This past month our bill was $576. And if it wasnt paid in full by March 28.our stuff was going to auction.we made a $400 payment..Which meet we only owed $200. So I asked if we could pay the rest on Friday and she said no... I explained my moms remains were in there along with all her paperwork, the dead to her house, her will, my sons baby stuff, 15 yrs of marriage stuff, photo albums that were my grandparents, marriage certificate, death certificate, my whole life growing up and everything me and my husband had accumulated in 15 yrs.. she didnt care nor would she work with me. Our bill was always late but always paid and she got an extra $45 a month from us. I just felt like she doesnt have a heart and all she wants is money..All I owe right now is $160.90 and it all fees. My storage rent is paid..

I was in a bit of a time constraint and really needed to get a storage space quick and something that was not going to kill my wallet. I was lucky enough to get the help of Jessica and she assisted in easing all my worries and giving me the best experience I could have asked for. With out her help I would not have had the piece of mind that I have now, knowing that all my stuff is secured, safe, and out of the way until I finish renovating part of my house. I am just so grateful to her and Public Storage. Thank you so much! I will definitely be referring Public Storage to all my family and friends!

I have been a renter there for almost a year now and i have absolutely no complaints, it is a great facility it is well lit after sunset the management there is top notch, and their prices are very competitive, as long as i continue to have a need for my 10x20 unit i will continue to rent there and if i need more space ill look into another unit at this location, very satisfied with my choice of where to rent and couldnt be happier with the outcome and how everything has been going so far. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering a storage facility.

The Public Storage in Coram is the best place to store personal items. I have had a Unit there for 3 years and have been very pleased and satisfied. The Unit is clean, secure, well lit, well insulated, and easily accessible. All of my items have stayed well preserved with no mold or damage. The Property Manager, Shannon is very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. She is very helpful to the customers and provides exceptional customer service. Shannon is a true asset to Public Storage and I wish her all the best.

Just left this storage facility and what a pleasant visit I had. The girl Danielle at the front desk was overwhelmed with customers and some how she made everyone happy with her professionalism. Shes very professional and knows exactly how to treat customers that walks in the door. The facility was nice and clean and the office was not cluttered . I recommend this storage place to anyone if you want great customer service and great prices.

Christina is very pleasant and accomodating. She provides exceptional customer service. Christina went above and beyond to correct a billing problem that we encountered every month. Thanks to her concern and hard work, the monthly billing problem is now resolved. I commend Christine and thank her for her enthusiasm and amazing problem solving/communication skills. I am also very pleased that the property is clean and well maintained.

I recently moved out of my storage space that I had here for about a year and the service was wonderful! My things stayed cleaned and Jessica was always a help when I needed it, she is very friendly and always made me feel comfortable whenever I was at the property ! I have rented else where in the past and the service and atmosphere was just not the same, if I ever need storage again I will be coming back to this location!

I recently came to this location to purchase items for my move and Jessica was a huge help! She was extremely knowledgable on products I was going to need and showed me items I didnt even think to protect! It really saved me some stress in the moving process not having to worry about what I needed ! Im in the military and constantly moving. Ive used Public Storage for a long time. The staff here is always extremely friendly, as well as helpful and knowledgeable answering any questions I ever have. The store is also great if you need any type of supplies for moving, from styrofoam and bubble-wrap to boxes of any size you could possibly need. I highly recommend coming here for any moving needs.

Went to inquire about a storage unit due to the fact i am limited in space. The service was AMAZING. Miranda (one of the associates there) had accommodated me, very well mannered and knowledgeable. Went to this location for packing supplies. The girls in there were very helpful. I told them everything I had, they were able to answer all my questions and informed me on all the items I would need. Was able to get all the boxes I needed in a convenient pack for a great price. I come to this location every month to make my payments and Jessica is always eager to help and is very friendly, she always makes me feel welcome and remembers me by name! If I did not already have a unit out of state I would be renting at this location! Over all a clean environment and great experience !
