This comment is for the owner of the company. My name is Tony and I moved from New Haven to West Haven on March 1st. Mike was the head supervisor on the job. Originally we had an agreement with All my Sons Moving Company. I called 2 weeks in advance to All My Brothers and they told me they would call me the day before my move. Well the day before my move cam and I NEVER received a call. SO I decided to call them. What happened was they told me they had no record of me calling in, so I had to start a new order again. Thats ok because mistakes happen. But what topped it all off was they were suppose to be there at 11 in the morning. I was out with my fiance and we get a call from them at 10 saying they were there to start. I informed him to let him know we spoke to someone the day before and said they would be there at 11. So I had to rush home and get there. So when I get there, they told me there boss sent them to the wrong job and they had to go to Glastonbury and they wouldnt be back for 3-4 hours. I asked can you stay and go there later and they said no. So there guy gave me the number to your company AA Metro. I spoke with someone and a half hour later, I had 2 guys there ready to help and move me out. Not only were they quick and professional, they were extremely nice. Mike was a great person, I can not remember the other 2 guys names but 1 of them reminded me of my father so I called him Poppis and the other one was his first move for the company. I would reccomend this company to any and everyone who needed help to moving. My name is Tony and Mike should remember me because of the water bottle. So your team of guys deserve a raise. I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service my fiance and I received.

We used AA Metro for our move within the same town in December. Total disaster. The Manager, Ernie completely under-estimated the size of the move and showed up with 2 u-haul trucks, for a 4 bedroom house and a full basement. What was supposed to be a 2 day move took twice as long. The men doing the work didnt have enough supplies, so we had to go out and buy them, at our own expense. We tried to call the manager, but he didnt pick up the phone and didnt seem to care. The guys who actually did the move used profanity in front of my young kids, smoked cigarettes and threw the butts on our lawn, threw candy wrappers on our floors as they were packing up-- all for me to clean up. It was pretty gross. To boot, our tablets "went missing" during the move, never to be found again. I would not recommend this company to anyone I actually like.

Since moving can be so stressful and picking a mover so difficult, I just wanted to report on a recent good experience. I used AA Metro to move from CT to VT and was pleased with the service and the price. You might not want to use them if you have extremely valuable furniture, but for your average young professional with a lot of Ikea stuff, theyre a good company. Some folks in the office are friendlier than others, but dont let that deter you from using AA Metro.

AA Metro Moving & Storage they work so good, they know what there doing, there on time, if you want a good moving company i totally recommend it to anyone there very professional.
