I am very unhappy with my experience with StorQuest New Haven, CT. As a customer, I felt that the manager treated me like a burden rather than a valuable customer that would have liked to continue business with them in the future. To make sure all arrangements were in order, before I traveled an hour to the facility, I called the facility. I spoke to the manager and set an appointment. When I arrived at the facility an hour later, I was told the manager had left and that I would have to wait. Im self employed and every hour... every minute costs. If the manager had called me back to reschedule I would have understood. But instead I am standing here in downtown New Haven paying a moving crew to wait. If I dont get word soon, I will have to cut my loses and cancel the move until I can find a new facility. Beware! Courtesy of Curbside New Haven.

Went in to this Storquest because i was deciding between them and another storage place. When i walked in, the representatives were very welcoming Hector and Alissia if i am not mistaking. they explained everything and made a suggestion for the size i would need for my move. Hector took me on a tour and it was a good space. The customer service made me pick this storage place and also it was a great deal. i even purchased my mattress covers, lock and boxes did everything all in one stop even stayed for a few minutes and had a conversation with the two reps. it was great business and CS

I really appreciate the help of Kyle Linehan and his colleague visiting from Providence (Dont remember his name). They were very informative and Kyle was able to help me move to the storage container at such short notice. The free truck service is definitely a Plus. Because of the short notice, I didnt think the truck service will be available as soon as it was, but I was wrong. Being available and Kyle being ready to help out made the whole difference. Really appreciate the help, Kyle! Best storage company Ive worked with so far.

I rented a small storage room for my apartment overflow. Sarah showed me a 6x5 unit that was perfect for me and walked me through the paperwork quickly. They also offered a free truck pick-up service that was great and Joe showed up on time so I could move in quickly.

I bought a couple units at auction and was very impressed with this facility. Professionally managed, clean and great to work with. Joe and Sara go above and beyond to help and are extremely friendly. I go to many facilities in my line of work and this one is tops!
