I sold my house and needed a place to put all my belongings while I looked for a house in CT. It seemed like a nice enough place, so I moved my things into this facility. After about six months, things were ok, and then just before the year was out, I received a rate increase. I was paying about $90.00 a month for a 10X10. Now before the year was up, my rent went up about another $9.00 after 12 months. Well, after another 6 months, It went up again another $10.00. I thought about moving my things, but just didnt have the time, so I let it slide. Here I am 2 1/2 years later still in this facility and now paying $119.60. Needless to say. I am finding a new place. This facility has been nothing but disappointing. The light switch never works in the area where my unit is located, they dont shovel snow in the winter time so forget about access to your things in the winter time, and the security gate isnt closed half the time. Do yourselves a big favor, find a better place!

I was in a rather horrible place when I came to rent with Public Storage- I had to move from this area to Pennsylvania so my friend and I shared a unit. We had an amazing experience at Public Storage because the staff was so professional from the day we opened the account until we closed it out. There was a staff member name Kasey who was very helpful; every time we came to the unit to clean it out and had questions he was more than willing to help and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. Customer service goes a long way and when I have future storage needs or know those who are looking The staff at the Public Storage was extremely accomodating. They helped with the size and price on boxes, plastic for mattresses, etc. Even when we needed a bigger storage space. The employees really were a big help! I recommend this Public Storage facility for anyone who desire excellent customer service!

Walked in to find out about storage. This was my first time. The lady at the counter was preoccupied on the phone with a friend. It felt like i "interrupted " her. Very rude attitude. I asked to see a unit to get a idea of the space. She proceeded to tell me that she didnt have any units available to show me. She just didnt feel like getting off her fat butt to show me. I know that that was a false statement because on the internet there were plenty before I went in and after. I checked. She then told me that this wasnt her store. Her store was in Chicopee MA. Just not a great experience for me. I went to Cube Smart and they were excellent! They showed me 2 units and they had a very friendly professional attitude. That helped me make my decision. I had gone to Enfield public storage to get a little information on storage units, because I will be moving back out to San Diego soon. Kasey was very helpful with discussing how large storage units are, and what the best size storage unit would be for me. I asked if he rented truck he replied no, however he helped me find a Home Depot to rent a pickup truck to move my items in a few days. All in all, I would recommend Public Storage to any of my friends or family that was looking to store their items or vehicles. The manager at this location would help in any way that they can.

I have rented here for a couple of years and this location has always had very helpful employees. I had trouble with my lock today and was upset because I thought I had to purchase a new lock and I was in a rush. The manager Samantha came out and asked if she could help. She also tried to open the lock but couldnt so she said not to worry that she would give me a new lock on the house because it is a Public Storage guarantee. The service here is great and its a very nice and quiet location. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone who needs some extra space.

Great Customer Service!!! Came in early Saturday morning looking for pricing and Desiray was very cheerful and helpful. The office was filled with customers, but she still greeted us with a smile and told my mother and I she will be right with us. She was very friendly while showing us spaces and answered all of our questions. She even went above and beyond with showing us items and giving advice on how to protect our things while in storage. Will absolutely be back in a Augs to rent from this facility. Thank you Desiray.

Meghan was amazing when we were there to get a unit. She was really busy and was able to multi-task and assist us while helping others. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She greeted ever person who came through the door and tried to help them as quick as possible and did advise that she did have others a head. We were there on the last weekend of the month which is their busiest time. I will say the manager whenever she needed her was right there on the phone for her to assist. Meghan you were awesome!

On 2/7/15 My boyfriend and I had an appointment to see a storage unit and once we open the door of the office. Pam welcomed us and her service was excellent. Even when I received her called the day before, which she was very professional and friendly. We was very satisfied with the service and also with the information given to us by Pam. She covered everything and made sure we left the office with the knowledge and satisfied. Plus we love the location. Thank you Pam and Public Storage in Enfield, Ct.

I never thought I would need storage and the thought of it did not make me happy my friend told me about public storage so I went in here today and to my surprise it was very clean and what really put the icing on the cake was the young man that helped me he was so kind on letting me know what Im going to need come fall when I put my house on the market now storage is not creepy I look forward to coming back GREAT STAFF!!!!

Needing a storage unit due to a move, I found Public Storage to be conveniently located and to have just the right unit for my needs. When I called I was greeted very warmly by Pam, the manager, and had all my questions answered. When I went to see the unit, I met with Pam and she was friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean and perfect for my needs. Very happy to have found Public Storage in Enfield and Pam!

First, I was greeted with a smile, as if I was truly welcome. Pam, the manage, was courteous and efficient- a refreshing change these days. The storage unit was clean and dry-a very good sign after the winter from hell that we had in the area. The lock they provided ( for a fee) is super strong and cannot be cut, so I feel my belongings will be safe in the unit. I wish all my transactions go as smoothly as this one!

Came in to move some things around in my husbands unit and The manager Meghan was such a great help! She made sure I was all set with boxes and tape and told me if I needed anything I was more than welcome to come into the office. She even went out of her way and helped me figure out how to fit everything neatly into the unit. Fantastic customer service!Thank you!
