Sigh.......I wish I had more positive things to say about them, but Ive had more headache with them than anything else. I had deer damage to my right front side of my car & took it to them for repair work after my insurance recommended them. They had my car for over 2 weeks and after 3 different visits to pick up my car its finally back in my possession. Not to mention they re-quoted the price from 2450 to 3096 due to labor charge.....(Im not upset about that since I only covered my deductable, Im just in shock that after that high of a quote their labor job was horrible) The first time my car was "ready" they overlooked fixing a damaged side-view mirror. The guy told me that wasnt caused from the deer damage, & I told him to look at the quote b/c it its in there. They then promised to have it fixed in a couple days. Then my car was supposed to be "ready" again. I found that my grill was protruding out AND the paint job was horribly rough to the touch. Rich tried to convince me that there was nothing they could do to fix my grill and that in fact they didnt even do work with my grill or hood??!! I nicely told him thats impossible, because I have photos that show damage was to my hood & grill as well. He then saw the photos that I had and his own photos that he took and conceded that it was something from the deer. He then promised me it would be fixed and ready. The final time my car was "ready" things looked okay. Not the cleanest job, but acceptable. I paid him & left. When pulling out of the lot my right blinker started blinking fast. I took it back to him & told him. He took my car quickly w/o even telling me how long it would take, & came back in 7 minutes. With a smile on his face he told me its good to go. I had to ask him what was wrong, & apparently the bulb wiring was loose??? I can not believe that Im supposed to trust the work theyve done on my car. I wanted to speak with their manager, but they told me he was out of town on vacation.......overall I feel nervous that they did proper repair work on my car. Please be cautious if you take your car there, & if you do please stress to them to pay more attention to their work. The only positive thing I can say is that Rich was never rude to me, I cant say he was apologetic either.

One of the worst dealerships with the worst experience I have ever had. "If you dont look rich dont walk in here" is probably there motto. Being an Audi fanatic and wanting to upgrade from an A4 to an A6 I was in there to buy my new car. I stood there on the showroom floor looking at the new cars on display and no one even greeted. They made me feel like I didnt belong there so I bought my new A6 from a different dealership. They send me coupons in the mail for services often so I thought I would try them out and thought they might be better at servicing but I was mistaken again. They did not even fix everything in the car and left half of the things unfixed. I even spoke to the technician who was working on my car and he said the part has been ordered and has to come from Germany so as soon as it comes in they will fix it. My warranty is done, and it slipped out of my mind too, but now I am stuck with something broken in my car that should have been covered by the warranty. While my car was under warranty I used to get coupons (which I still do but I would never go back to them again) for complimentary loaner cars. I know for a fact that they had cars but just because I didnt purchase the car from them or I dont know what there problem was I was politely given attitude and told there was no loaner car. The reason I am so certain they didnt give me a car even though they had one which they could have given me is because I ran into someone a few hours later who had purchased a car from them and instantly got a loaner and he had made a later appointment without a pre-reservation for a loaner. They treat you bad and send you coupons that are useless. I would never recommend buying cars from them or getting your car serviced. They are complete screw ups and horrible and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by being there. We as customers should be treated properly and with respect. Therefore, DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP.

If there was a zero I would have put that rather than a 1 star, they dont even deserve 1 star!!!! Went there after I had a small accident. My car was returned with more damage than I brought it in with. I showed them the missing bolts and fender liner that was more damaged before along with a large gash through my steering wheel and overspray all over the vehicle. They put the parts on then painted without taping anything off. It cost me $3600 to fix the damages they caused because they told me I must have done that and refused to fix the damages they caused. I have a brand new car with less than 4K miles on it with proof of before and after pictures to show what they did and they didnt care. I have fixed my vehicle and plan to have them repay me for it. I have put in numerous calls to both owners with no response. I had to obtain an attorney for the problems they have caused. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!! Especially if u want something fixed the correct way! On top of it this short fat guy got in my face screaming at me about how my car will never be brand new again because I was hit so I was lucky to even get it back looking as good as it did. This is the kind of service you get with Hoffman! Now that Vernon collision finished fixing my vehicle and fixed there problems it not only looks brand new it also drives brand new. So Hoffman is the worst place to go ever! Customer service is awful and so is the actual service itself. I dont want anyone else to go through what we went through its too stressful after an already stressful situation with an accident.

My relationship with the body shop started around a month ago after coming home from a vacation to find out my Audi S4 was vandalized. I dealt with the Assistant Body Shop Manager George, who was respectful, helpful and made me feel right at home when dealing with the body shop, They had my car for around 3 weeks (car was completely repainted), and I would receive probably 2 calls every week to let me know how the car was doing, if anything needed to be ordered, what stage they were at, and keep me updated with an estimated time of completion. I cant begin to explain how good my car came out. I was utterly speechless when they pulled my car around front when it came time to leave. I was told Bryan K. did all the body work on the vehicle and Roland Daigle did the paint work. My car probably looks better now than when it left the showroom in 2000. These men are amazing at what they do, and i would trust them to work on any car of mine. If i EVER need any body work and paint work done on any car, it will come to Hoffman Auto Body. Great Service and Great Prices. You guys have gained a customer for life!
