My 93 year old mother had a clogged sewer line causing the sump pump to back up.I called and Rafael was there right away and worked diligently until he cleared the line! Rafael was also extremely polite to us and very professional. We really enjoyed meeting him and chatting while he worked. My mother now has someone to call for plumbing that is reasonably priced and that she can trust!! Thanks Rafael

I appreciated the quick response since I live in Los Angeles area. My tenant in East Hartford was complaining about an on going leak under the sink. I called after hours to Rafael. He fixed the drain first thing the next morning and even texted photos of the parts that he replaced. Being an out of state Landlord, its nice to know I can depend on Rafael for prompt service.

Rafa the drain medic is great! Hes helped plenty of times between my restaurants and my home. I called him last night for my sisters newly purchased home and he made it out the following morning. BEWARE very rude and unprofessional. Rafael over charges and doesnt do the work on time or complete it at all. I needed some burst pipes fixed and ended up having to wait a week with no water. When confronted responds very rudely. You have been warned.
