The sole proprietor showed up in a timely manner and spent about 30 minutes on a clog. Was well mannered. Fixed clog. The reason I give him 3 stars is he said he was going to charge $150 to clear the drain and then charged $170 by pouring acid in the drain before notifying me I was being charged extra. I would have declined the acid if properly notified I was being charged extra. I also asked him to run the snake through a second time and he refused. Other than that, he appeared to know his trade.
