I highly recommend John for any moving job. I had purchased a desk set, it was a splurge for me and I really needed someone who knew about moving to pick it up and deliver it to my house in the next town. I got the name from FB on Suffield Neighbors. I could not have been more pleased. John was quick to respond through email and he was flexible with fitting me in fairly quickly. He was on time and very professional about taking the pieces apart and packing them carefully for transport. I could not have been more pleased. My home is on the market and I cannot wait to hire him and his team to move me to the next place when I am ready. (I had young people move many items to a storage unit and although they were strong and fast, many items were damaged along the way, very disappointing). I know this wont happen with the professionals. Reasonable charges as well.

Ive moved many times in my life. This was the worst moving company I have ever used. They quoted me 340 and at the end of the move they wanted almost 600 because the job took longer. It took longer because they would carry in 2 chair legs at a time. I found them numerous times standing around and talking. I requested my mattress be covered and I even bought the cover. They never used it. My armoire was all knocked up along with my bedroom set. I wanted to cry. In the beginning I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were young boys trying to make a living. They were so slow I couldnt believe they were professional movers. My son wound up helping them unload because even he was getting frustrated watching them carry 2 small items at a time. My move couldnt have been more stressful.

The whole experience with the Castle Express Moving is wonderful. I am moving to Pittsburgh and I needed help to load my furniture and the boxes into the cubes provided by U Pack. From the beginning, Joe provided the right advice for planning my moving. Joe and Jason came right on time today. They were extremely professional and did their job very efficiently. They move every furniture very diligently. Update From Pittsburgh: When we unload our stuff, there was not even a single item which was damaged or broken. I am highly impressed with their quality of service, professionalism and behavior. I will strongly recommend them to anybody for moving.

THANKS to Joe and his associate for doing such a terrific job! They completed my move on Saturday 3/4/2017. The access to the new place was difficult, some of the furniture was large for the entry way but all was accomplished and there was no damage to any of the furniture. They kept their cool and accomplished the task . They had a nice demeanor, were professional, on time and worked tirelessly. It was nice to hear them laughing and joking with each other thru the day. Really cant say enough about the professionalism from this company. We had a very difficult & complicated move. Joe & his crew were amazing. They packed & moved us with great care! Arrived when they said they would & got the job done! When I started to get overwhelmed, there was always a guy there with a box & a good idea. They followed my crazy color coding system to help make certain that boxes got to where they needed. They even accommodated us when our dates change unexpectedly. Awesome!
