MISINFORMATION MEANS MORE MONEY. I have used this company twice now and both times feel like I have been totally abused. It is very difficult to be confrontational when people are moving your lifes belongings, so they know theyve got you. The first time I received an estimate for an hour and a half, what they failed to mention was that even though they have an office location in St. Albans, they charge point to point from WILLISTON for their moving service and they DID NOT include that information in my estimate. I was horrified as I was on a tight budget (who isnt?) and my bill was almost $300 more than my estimate. Oh, and they charge you 3% if you use a credit card, which they also neglect to mention up front, and Im pretty sure is now an illegal practice in VT. I would NEVER have used them a second time if I had known how badly the first move would go- but they were bringing my things to their storage unit, so of course then I HAVE to use them when its time to get my things BACK. They did not give me a time for my moving date, only said that they would call when they started loading. I explained very clearly that I would need at least an hours notice to leave work and they told me that would be no problem, but they couldnt give me an exact time because of their schedule, which I was completely flexible with. Well, they called from my front door- no warning time at all and of course I was at work, an hour away. I called my landlord to let them in, but when I arrived the crew was down the street having breakfast. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THIS HOUR, oh, wait, they gave me a generous 5 minute discount, and how am I to argue with these guys who claim its not their mistake and they are handling my lifes possessions?????? Moving is stressful enough. You dont need to be manipulated, lied to, and squeezed for more money in the process!!!!!!!

I called several times before actually booking a truck; each time the quoted price was a different amount ranging from $150-200 for storage and as much as $25-40 (over the phone) for each time the mobile unit was moved, to a cost of $51 on the actual quote emailed to me. Albeit slightly annoying, I was fine to deal with all of that, as the mobile unit storage service is something that other movers in the area dont provide or charge much more for. However, once I finally booked a unit, I received a call the next day saying that they had overbooked and didnt actually have a unit for me. Every time I had called before this, including two days before I booked, I was assured that they had many units left available and it wouldnt be any trouble at all. It seems like they have poor communication between employees answering the phones and those actually working in the warehouse. Overall, extremely disappointing and Im left to scramble to find another option.

The actual cost was only ~$40 higher than the quote. I spent 16 hours of my own time packing and moving small belongings. Be cautious of the quote provided and make sure to ask if the amount you are quoted includes packing time and materials for small belongings. If I hadnt spent the time to move my own small belongings the actual cost would have likey been much much higher than the quote. They padded the furniture well in the truck. No major damages. Young movers. Good communication throughout the process. The receipt says they started at 7:30 but I find that hard to believe since they started moving at 8:45 and its about a 50 minute commute from the office to my source home. I would have expected the start time to be 8:00. Overall good service but more expensive than I expected.

Amazing movers! We used them for both our downtown Burlington office move as well as moving our house. The quote came in exactly as discussed. The crew was on-time, courteous, smoke-free and did a fantastic job with both moves. Highly recommend them. Jennifer and her crew rock!
