I had the worst possible experience with this company. I made a reservation to move on Saturday July 11th, with the owner Greg way in advance of my moving date who gave me a time slot of 11-1pm and told me 3 men would come out for the job. I called him 2 days before the move to confirm my time slot and he left me a voicemail with all the details of what we had agreed on. Come moving day after waiting for over 2.5 hours, 2 men arrived one of whom appeared to be high on something. My move was scheduled for latest 1pm and they did not get to my apartment till 3.30pm. To top it all off they came with a box truck despite having been informed that they needed to move a 2 bedroom apartment with 100 boxes in addition to pieces of furniture. I was quoted for close to 4 hours including travel time and they said because they were down one man and had brought a smaller truck, it would take a minimum of 7 hours to complete the move. I requested to speak with their boss, Greg who had not picked up any of my calls earlier and he refused to speak with me. He instructed his men to let me know I had 2 options, make 2 trips with the small truck and 2 men and pay for the 6-7 hours or they LEAVE. When I disagreed with this, the men began having an attitude with me informing me how they do not wanna be here and would rather be out there enjoying their Saturday. I informed them I was not willing to pay more money than quoted for their mistakes and their inconvenience to me and they stormed out of the apartment and left. I was left stuck with an apartment boxed up and the inconvenience of having to find another mover with short notice on the weekend. I put a complaint in with the BBB and he responded claiming he didnt do the move because I didnt have the money to pay for the services. He is blatantly lying and not taking full responsibility for his mistakes. This kind of unprofessionalism is a total disgust and speaks volumes of the owner and his company.Stay away and take your money to more professional and reliable companies.

I was stolen from:; please read this; So - the move started off late but they usually do. First, they didnt wrap any of my items. It made me nervous. The posts on here about them smoking cigarettes every ten minutes is true. I was also asked to "take care of them" at the end which I had already planned on. After the move was over, I noticed there was a space in my closet where one of my purses was missing. I knew immediately that one of the movers had stolen from me. It was a Louis Vuitton bag. They are very expensive. It was in my walk in closet which had already been organized the day before they came. I called the owner and he called his guys. I was told that his guy did in fact steal my pocket book. They wanted to drop it off at my home but I called the police and had them bring it there. My purse was retrieved but the owner refused to return any of my calls. I wanted my money back for the move. He told me his employee would be reprimanded. I also tipped each of the movers and the tip from thief was not returned. One of the head guys told me the owner has actually had to fire people in the past month for the very same thing. I have never had this happen in all my life and i have moved about ten times. Do not use this company. It would have been fine if the owner had just returned my calls and made things right. Just getting my purse back was not enough. I feel violated now and unsafe because they know where I live. I have since put in a home security system. Please trust the negative reviews on here. They are all true. If you do hire them HIDE YOUR VALUABLES.

I am advising anyone who will seek this company for moving assistance this is a scam. The positive reviews must have been written by the owner because my experience was 2nd to none. After arriving over an hour late, the 3 man crew showed up to my 2 bedroom apt and told me instead of the quoted 500 it would be double that. I laughed and called the owner who gave me my quote and he never picked up the phone. I told them i was quoted 500 and i dont want to go over the quote. My lease ended that day and i had no chance to find another mover or I would have. So after 500 was spend and the employees kept asking how much I was tipping them, I had an apartment full of the remaining furniture. The movers sat in the truck in my office chair and recliners and smoked cigarettes while i was paying them. After they left our unit their truck was only 1/3 filled, and i had to call 2 of my friends and we rented a truck and moved the rest of my apt ourselves. I have tried to call the owner multiple times and left voicemails unreturned. Please dont make my mistake.

I would not use this company again. Although the 3 guys who moved my stuff were nice they did not take care of my things. Nothing was wrapped while moving my furniture. They were smoking while moving my furniture. Pretty much just threw my things in my storage unit & did not place things nicely. I asked for things to not be placed on my couches but they still did. I had boxes that said fragile on them & those boxes were just slanted on whatever. They wripped a canvas picture & then they denied that they did it. I had unique antique trunks & those were just placed on top of each other. I honestly dont know if anything got dinged but did notice a bed frame was chipped. I tried to direct them where & how I wanted things placed in storage but they pretty much ignored me & by passed me & just kept placing things where ever and how ever in the unit. & when I paid they had the nerve to ask me for gratuity.

The guy on the phone was initially very nice and prompt about setting up the appointment. The movers took much longer than estimated--about 6 hours for a 3 hour estimation (and therefore the charge was higher), but was still cheaper than most movers. The most annoying part was that they broke some (relatively cheap) furniture during the move and even came out to assess the damage on a separate appointment, then didnt contact me again. I called at least 6 times afterward and no one answered or got back to me, even after I left several messages. It seemed like they were trying to avoid me, which is silly because I just wanted a little bit of reimbursement for some cheap furniture.

whats the worse thing movers can do?? arrive late..damage something...surcharge...STEAL... Yup, they did all four! Arrival- the moves did arrive on time to the first location, but arrive 30mins late to the 2nd location! Damage- Broke the leg to my dresser! Surcharge- was told over the phone is was going to be $335.61, but after move it was $392.00. Before booking, Greg guaranteed me there will be no unexpected charge, but he was wrong! Last but certainly not least, Stealing- the movers stole $160.00 from my night stand. it was hidden in a purse, that means they were looking for something to take. Ive called the place, and they have not returned my call!! DO NOT use them!
