I went to this place for an advice, the person at the reception (I think it was Jose) was very helpful. I needed a price to mount a hitch. They do not mount them that in this facility, but he looked in their system for me, went outside to check himself my car, printed the offer while helping other customers who were coming for the storage on a very friendly manner.

Been a customer for at least 5 years. The staff is usually courteous (there was a guy there years back who was abrupt and like the "soup nazi" on Seinfeld). Best priced storage facility in Fairfield county. Thankfully, they switched over to a card entry system.
